I arrived only to find that there is absolutely no parking. If you are lucky you will find a spot at the Seine. The reception is not open all the time; if you don't arrive while the receptionist is on duty you will have to find a phone number to call and wait! The room I stayed in was small and not overly clean. The lighting is absolutely insufficient! On the positive side, there was a tea making facility and a huge heating / A/C unit in the room. Breakfast is 9 Euro extra and prepare to be there early. There aren't too many tables, and no one came to clean up when guests left or to fill up juice, milk etc. Show up later than 8 o'clock and be prepared to find only dirty dishes and a half-eaten buffet.

We had a wedding in the city, so we booked more than 20 rooms in this hotel for our guests. The rooms were dirty and old. The service was very poor, limited to certain hours during the day. We called and added 2 extra rooms, on check-in dates, they didn't have them. All in all.. instead of having a relaxing time for our wedding, we were busy sorting out the problems coming from this hotel.

A nice stay in the heart of Meulan. Small hotel with very nice and friendly staff. The hotel offers a breakfast buffet with french pastry but also some eggs and cheese. Only the WiFi in my room did not work - but I was also to tired to ask to repair it ;-)

We came from England to attend a christening in the family and spent two nights at the hotel and found it comfortable, clean and very quiet. The people who run the hotel are most friendly and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful. Having a safe in the room was useful. From the hotel one can have a pleasant walk along the river.

A small town hotel in the small downtown area. On-street parking was tight, but I always found a space. Clean room, with a good shower, nice A/C unit and bed. Good continental breakfast is extra 10e. They close the front desk during mid day and after midnight, but give you a code to get in the front door of the hotel. Free WiFi that worked pretty well. Modern elevator! (if you've ever been in those old Paris elevators you know what I mean.)

Overall we stayed in Hotel du Fort for 2 nights in February. Overall we found that the rooms were reasonably nice with air conditioning and other amenities you normally only get in a 4*. We didn't have trouble checking in, even though we arrived pretty late at night - the man on reception was friendly and was waiting for us to arrive. There was also free wifi, although there was much confusion over the separate wifi hotspots for different floors and even different areas of each floor, although its only a tiny hotel. I don't think the hotel is in a very nice area, although it is on its own island and from the outside it doesn't look very nice. It was also a long trek walking from the Les Mureaux train station although much more accessible by car. Breakfast was adequate. I would give this a 3 1/2 out of 5 if there was an option for this.

We were 2 very tired cyclists doing Dieppe to Paris along the Avenue Vert cycle track. It was very cold and wet, but we managed to stumble upon this hotel via Booking.com. The room was booked at 6.30pm, but sadly, when we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist had gone, and the guests were left to their own devices. We spoke to some Finnish guests who showed us the mobile emergency number they were told to call. We rung it, spoke to a lady who promised to return to the hotel in 30 mins. We left our bikes and popped next door for a quick pizza and beer. Upon returning, we were met by a very friendly lady ( who giggles a lot), who apologised about the situation and showed us to our room. It was very clean and had a wonderful hot and powerful shower. We later went across the river to enjoy a meal at another pizza place. Boy - the french! They love their pizza, but ask for garlic bread and they have no idea what you're talking about. Breakfast was pleasant enough and we collected our bikes from the courtyard and continued our journey.

The advertisement says you can check-in from 7 in the morning, that sounded great to us. We landed in Paris around 10 am and got there around noon but the hotel was closed from noon to 2 pm, so we had to wait 2 hours to be able to check-in. Than the price of the room was higher then the price shown on our reservation, we had to fight with the reception clerk to get the price shown on the reservation slip and however the hotel was almost empty, he gave us a room on the street side which was quite noisy. Not very happy...
