We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived to this beautiful hotel. The rooms were nice and spacious. The staff were professional and friendly. Breakfast was very good. Overall a lovely place to stay in and would happily recommend it.

4 of us stopped for the night. We had two rooms, both of which were comfortable and adequately equipped. The reception staff, bar staff, breakfast staff were all very friendly and seemed well-trained and motivated. The lobby/lounge bar was comfortable, with a nice ambience, to stop for a leisurely drink. Drinks are a little pricey but this is in keeping...

Stayed here beginning of December as part of a Christmas party, and it was very good. Staff are friendly, and the hotel and the room was really nice. Beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast was good too. The bar is expensive but same as anywhere, I guess! Just off the motorway and a short distance from The Mall at...

We had some problems with the room where there weren't enough of the room we had booked in the hotel. However the swimming pool was great and breakfast was nice though. The staff were friendly enough.

Stayed in this hotel a few years ago when it was a Hilton. The refurbishment to a Doubletree by Hilton is excellent, particularly the bedrooms. I can leave the cookie though, not so good for the waist line! Well run hotel and the Duty Manager, Gerd, is a such a welcome host.

A lomg way from roomto reception and car park - a luggage trolley would have been useful. Building very modern and clean. Good leisure facilities.. £5-0 per night...

Newly refurbished rooms and the professionalism of the staff makes this hotel a place to stay while in Bristol. The car parking process is managed by APNR , which can leave your vehicle vulnerable during out of hours as their is no security barrier in place anymore.

It was my wifes Birthday so we stayed there for a bit of peace and quiet as she works with children, but two families chucked there kids out in the corridor early in the morning so we had to listen to them all morning, no peace for us.

We enjoyed our three nights in a deluxe King room where we stayed over Christmas. On arrival on Christmas Eve we were greeting with complimentary mulled wine and mince pies plus a voucher for a free drink in the bar. The room was spotless in every way and great care had been taken to make sure that everything was 100%...

Nice value for £. Hotel is located close to highway and about 20 minutes drive to City Center. Hotel is nice for families with good size rooms, nice swimming pool, restaurant on site and welcoming common area.
