A lovely hotel with friendly staff who made us feel welcomed. Facilities were clean and accessible. Breakfast was plentiful and good value for money. We felt relaxed and at home, rested and ready for the rest of our travels.
We stayed here for 4 nights as two families in two rooms which were updated and spacious with a Nespresso machine. Whilst there is no servicing of the rooms due to covid, the housekeepers are around all day if you need anything & if you want your room serviced you can ask reception to arrange this for you. Two of the party suffer with a gluten intolerance and the staff could no do enough to accommodate this from providing gluten free bread and other options at breakfast to making off menu items for evening meals. We would definitely visit again if we are in the area!
Lovely clean hotel, comfortable beds, great food, good facilities, friendly staff, enjoyed the pool, value for money. Hotel modern and clean despite what people have reviewed, what do people expect a hotel to be refurbished on a weekly basis, not really sustainable. I will be booking again for my partner birthday in November
Don’t eat here the food is terrible 3 of us ordered food everything was frozen food and tasted of fish so they obviously use the same oil for everything! The chicken curry was tasteless and the chicken burger tasted of fish !!!! Peas were cold on I’m rings were obvious frozen and thrown in deep fat fryer and also tasted of fish my advice order a take away absolutely disgusting
No toiletries were available in the toilet. We had to go to the reception to fetch them. We were surprised that no apologies were sought by the reception team - really shocking service indeed. We have reconsider to visit you in the future.
Was looked after very well at this hotel. It’s location close enough to to M5 southbound that no hassle confusing your journey. Wasn’t bothered by the sound of the motorway in our rooms, in fact it was very peaceful outside. Breakfast was nice with good food and service. Liwiziew looked after us at breakfast and was very helpful, gave us the table we wanted and made sure we had everything we needed. Look forward to staying here again on our way home from our holiday in Cornwall.
Booked a room at then Hilton, Bradley Stoke as a treat for a short stay in Bristol. Have been coming regularly to this hotel for well over 15 years and am a Hilton Honours member. Arrived to check in to be informed of an extra £6 charge for 1 nights parking which I thought steep considering how much I was already being charged. The room was tired and dated....bathroom light did not work and the carpet inside the doorway was badly stained. I immediately checked back out and will be reluctant yo ever stay there again as standards have clearly slipped
Me and my new wife Lia couldn't of asked a better place for our wedding day! The whole day went to plan and special thanks to James, Renee and Claudia for making it run smoothly and just perfect for us. Also thanks to the rest of the team. Hotel was nice and clean and staff were all helpful. Definitely recommend this place for a wedding especially the lakes in Aztek west business park opposite for photos.
The hotel was so disappointing! I’m surprised that Hilton put their name to this hotel. The rooms are so tired and need a reburb. There were marks/stains on the wallpaper They don’t look clean either as they are in so need of a refurb. Our room had a cranked sink and cracked bathroom floor files and the USB ports didn’t work so we swapped rooms. The swimming pool was ok. We didn’t even want to stay in the restaurant in the evening, so we ate out. Breakfast was ok too.. We wouldn’t return.
There are also people who care about the customers who visit them. Tonight we visited the Double Tree by Hilton Bristol North hotel and we were served with great pleasure by ANA, a lady from Albania who made us feel like a special couple and treated us at the highest level. Thank you from the bottom of my heart ANA, God bless you... we will definitely come back 🤗
