First when arrive at hotel lobby, will see nice place of reception then go through the stairs still ok. Then once you out of the lift going through to room, when night time come that the scarier part. Well just enjoy your stay and start planning.

The hotel looks like it was opened in the 80's and left to rot.... The price for a twin room was really good at 450 baht per night, but seeing as there were cockroaches and a disgusting damp stench in my room, I wish that I forked out a little extra and stayed somewhere else! The carpets in the room...

I am quite a seasoned global traveler staying in all levels of hotel and this is one of the worst I have been too. So bad in fact my friend and I walked around the corner to the Old Town and found a guesthouse for a similar price which was infinitely better and moved there. To say the Sinthavee Hotel...

Certainly the hotel has seen better days but it has a charm of its own. Just don't expect a 5 * hotel for 1* prices!! The room was well serviced and had a wonderful view over the city from the 9th floor. Even the bucket in the passageway strategically placed under the bulging ceiling had a certain charm.

I stayed here in January for one night. I confirm all the past reviews here on Trip Advisor about this place. It is not even about a budget price, the hotel is filthy and dangerous. Exposed electric wiring coming out of the wall. Unsafe balconys with poorly constructed railings. In my room the balcony was half missing. The balcony doors...

This hotel is nothing like the pictures you see on line. It has been a grand hotel in its time but is now very run down and old. However the room was clean and we had a maid every day. We had a fridge with complementary water also a kettle. In the bathroom there was gel and shampoo. It was worth...

We take this hotel because is in the center of Phuket town, few steps from market, clock tower, bus station, old-town etc. And - it´s really cheap. My first feel was, that we come back many years before and we can feel how at 70´s or 80´s can be luxury staying at this place :) Some furniture is pretty old...

Was there for a nap after long hour driving, it was stench with bad smell and the decor is like a sherlock holmes crime scene's. If you are a paranormal lover, you've got to check in here. So many paranormal activities at night. We can't even get to sleep! Even stuffs seems to already "knew" the minute we check our...
