We were scheduled to stay at Rattana mansion for 2 days however due to torrential rain we ended up here for 4. The room is nice very basic but for such a cheap price you cannot grumble. The negative points are that the reception staff didn't speak any English and you had to use google translate if you wanted to...

Very average. Room was dark and dingy, but if you just need a bed and somewhere to shower it is fine. Lots of grime in the bathroom, I kept my flipflops on when walking around because I wasn't convinced that the bedroom floors were clean. We had a balcony, but the entire thing was behind a blank billboard on the...

This place is really not adequate for anyone, I fear for anyone's health safety if your staying here, the white literally became yellow, and I dont think the white and off-white decor is on purpose. Apart from having our first laugh downstairs where we asked whether there was an elevator to which the concierge gave us a funny and happy...

I have stayed many hotels in Phuket Town. I think this is one of the oldest one. "Old" itself is not a big problem. But, it should be maintained well. Lobby in this hotel smells bad. The room is OK. The out side of window should be abandoned for many years without cleaning. It was very hard for me to...

If you are a rat lover- perhaps this is the place for you. We booked this hotel for the price of £10/ night for a couple, with a three star review on here we thought it would be fine... OH NO. When we first arrived all the staff were sitting on a sofa, watching TV in the dirty reception/ restaurant...

I stayed one night. I was content with my booking. Hotel about 10-15 minute walk from airport buses. (+) Was good for location and price. Clean room. Clean sheets. Comfy queen bed. AC working. Staff very friendly and helpful. Gave me a map and suggestions on where to go. 7 minute walk to old town (walking market) and near many...

For the price that we had paid for our rooms, it was adequate. When a hotel is cheap, just keep in mind that there's a reason for the lowered price. The hotel itself met our requirements for our short stay; clean beds, air-conditioning, working bathroom and functioning powerpoints. The stay wasn't glamorous, but it was comfortable nonetheless with polite and...

Very basic. Room was relatively clean and it didn't smell. Air con worked. Balconies are boarded to dull street noise I think so no view at all. Two nights stay was long enough! Staff very friendly. It was super cheap so we got what we paid for and on a budget it worked for us.

When we checked in the room looked ok except for all the mould in the bathroom. That was until we were all tucked in for the night and noticed that our bed was covered in bed bugs. There was big ones and little ones covering the sheets. So we packed our stuff in preparation to flee but unfortunately it was...
