The first night of staying I have got a shocking experience! The decoration panel fell of the wall and hit me in the head while I was sleeping! I have got quiet unpleasant injury. Don’t mentioning the shock! The panel landed just 5 cm from my eye! When I have reported the accident, It did not made any impression on hotel staff and management at all! All I have got in compensation is the plate of fruits and the plaster!
Beautiful clean room with plenty of space that’s not over your budget. Staff were exceptional! So beautiful and friendly. Walking distance to the beach and shops. Awesome little restaurant everywhere. Hidden little gems. I will be definitely staying there again in the future. Love it extremely. Thailand is gorgeous
Ordinarily this is the kind of place I would rate at 4 stars, given the rooms were nice, cost was quite low, and most of the trade-offs related to location, which they are clear about in describing the area (not that it's not clear on a map). It's a 10 minute walk to two different beach areas, and nearly that far to the main street for convenience store or restaurant options. That's not so bad though, it just shifts the theme off beach-side location access. Our room seemed to have a mold problem that impacted my health a bit; three days later I'm still recovering from it. We stayed in two different rooms, one other for my mother in law, and hers was fine. Wifi access was limited but that just is what it is, that can happen. The pool and the rest was fine; oddly I might still recommend staying there, just not in that particular room. My kids said that there was an unpleasant smell coming from the shower drain in the other room too; it seemed like the hotel was just a bit of extra maintenance away from being in that much better shape. The room was clean (otherwise), and comfortable.…
Basic accommodation but meeting our expectations considering the price. Upon request, we could get a kettle and mugs. Walking distance from the beach, from convenience stores or restaurants. The rooftop swimming pool is long enough for swimming (20m). There’s a gym. Highly recommended if you are looking for quietness and for an affordable accommodation. The beach nearby is clean and peaceful and there are several restaurants there offering great food and warm welcome. No restaurant (therefore no breakfast) in the hotel but plenty of them in the neighborhood so no worries.
The hotel is located close to Surin beach in Phuket which is a quiet area. The studio was spacious, bed was big and comfortable. Bathroom was clean but with little amenities. Roof top pool is amazing with great views. The hotel provides a shuttle bus few times a day to/from both Bang tao and Surin beaches. Driver is very friendly and polite. The hotel is located in an alley overlooking construction sites. It is hard to get to and to walk from it to the main street or the beach. You can rent a scooter to move around the area. Check in process was quite long and complicated. The hotel requires a cash deposit of 1000 baht
We were told that the pool closes at 11 pm, we even have it written on a card from our check in, my cousin and her husband were on their honeymoon and we invited them back here at 845 to come swim in the pool, I had to go down and get our room card because my spouse forgot it and when I went up to the roof I found them sitting on the balcony, not being allowed to go to the pool because it closed at 9 and being told buy something or leave, not happy at all.. We are leaving tomorrow instead of booking another night, this was a once in a lifetime get together, ruined...
We spent memorable days here. Location is excellent, the accomodation itself is very clean and its size is ok for 2-3 people. The one extra bed (actually a sofa) is suitable for one adult. The kitchen is well-equipped and enough for preparing a simple breakfast. Communication went smoothly, the staff was correct and helpful. We only missed some extra shelves for our clothes and suitcases. We would go back there. :-)
Hotel is very nice and only 5 min walking from the beautiful beach of Surin. So in general good for a nice break. But, despite the good quality of the structure, staff should work little better. Cleanliness was not so perfect, employees not particularly gentle. At the check out we have been asked 150 bath (more or less 5€) for having broken an Ikea glass (wort, I guess, less than 30 bath). If we go beck to Phuket, we'll certainly change place.
房內的設施破舊不堪，座廁板是爛的，茶几玻璃會移位，床板又是爛，只可以用恐怖來形容這家酒店。另外，位置偏僻，如自駕就無問題。 The facilities in the room are worn out, the toilet board is broken, the coffee table glass will be shifted, and the bed board is rotten. For me this hotel is really horrible.
We stayed here for 6 days, the room and bed was comfy, location is great for walking to both surin and bangtaos beaches if you fancy a walk. The only issue we had was our room wasn’t cleaned that well, everyday the shower was full of sand after the cleaners had been, and they only tidied rather than cleaned. Being at the beach most days means you will be sandy upon return and our room always us sand on the floors etc, they didn’t top up toiletries either but this is being picky. Pool is great. Very quite area which is nice for Thailand with no road noise.
