I absolutely love the staffs at this hotel. They did an excellently job, kept new bottles of water in the refrigerator everyday. Which is a must in Thailand, due to humidity. Rooftop view is nice. Free wifi service. Cons, The rooftop does need a little work. I felt the boxsprings through the mattress.

A very comfortable hotel which we stayed for 3 nights. It is located slightly away from the beach and will take approximately 15-20 mins walk. There are taxi, laundry, juice stalls, Italian restaurant , Family Mart and local eateries around nearby, so it is still worth it. The hotel just had a repaint,so it looks new overall. Good thing there...

It is beyond any reasonable doubt that this hotel has got new management. The service from housekeeping to the hotel lobby is exellent. Careful cleaning and friendly staff. The head of staff speak english fluently. The hotel is located in a relatively quiet area about 10 minutes from the beach. Along the way are many cozy restaurants. An additional advantage...

We stayed here on the last leg of our journey around Thailand. We were greeted by a lady on reception who unfortunately didn't have the best English. It was quite a struggle to converse with her and she seemed rather annoyed at one point, either due to frustration and not understanding us or the fact we couldn't speak Thai! When...

3 years ago (August'2011) I and my ex-girlfriend (Now Become My Wife) stay on this Hotel for a few days for taking a Prewed Picture. What a bad weather at Phuket on that Day with big storm. But this Hotel Aloha Residence is really nice,we arrive with big smile from the receptionist (and the last we know she from Bangladesh)....

We have been going to this hotel for three years. it is not far from Kata beach, and the rooms are a decent size. The staff used to be very friendly and laid-back. However, when we visited in april 2012 it seemed the management had changed and the mood was quite unpleasant. The previous manager (sona?) was still around but...

My friend recommended Kata beach so I booked a hotel from there. From this hotel it was a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. Really nice and quite place. Family mart, restaurants, internet cafe just next door. Jacuzzi was not working and was really dirty. Otherwise the hotel was clean and nice.

Nice hotel. Nothing fancy but clean and friendly staff. its location is 10 min walk to Kata yai, and it makes the area quiet. We paid 2000 baht pr night incl breakfast for superior room. The Thai food here is exelent and quit cheap.
