Hidden Gem, this place is awesome, nice pools, lots of them. Kids loved it. Great rooms, awesome lobby, great little nook in Phuket. Reminds me of the Central Coast NSW. Close to the airport, but really pretty.

I spent two nights here before and after joining a sailing trip and found it to be a very positive experience. On both occasions, the rooms were clean, spacious and light. Room service was prompt and the reception staff were friendly and keen to help. The gardens are well looked after and made for a relaxing afternoon sitting by one...

For me was a very good option becouce i was only staying two nigths in Phuket, and this hotel is 5 minutes from the AirPort and the beach is in front. The room that i stayed was really nice the only thing is that the bathroom is outside so you take shower with a very nice view, the problem is...

The pictures on the website are a far cry from what you actually get!!! The rooms are so dated, rundown and some parts of the room were dirty, the pictures were obviously taken from 10 years ago!!! The buffet breakfast was not great, we hardly ate any of the food. it was close to the beach and the airport which...

the hotel is 5-10 mins drives away from the airport only, good for stopover, beach is beautiful , breakfast didn't have many choices, a bit noise when groups of tourists check in. it's also far from Phuket town, taxi to town about 1600 Baht in return trip.

Firstly, we had booked this hotel coz it was just closed to the airport and beachfront type. When we stayed there, we got the wonderful time. It was family friendly hotel, Lovely, good service, nice food and location - Nai Yang Beach was very beautiful, and I could say that it was value to our money. I would come back...

We stayed here for one night due to the convenience for the airport as we had a very early morning flight. It was not our first choice but left things quite late to book. We were greeted by the reception staff and were pleased to be taken straight to our room even though we arrived at midday (we were not...

Close to airport, but airport cabs want to charge 400 Baht to go to the hotel. The hotel charges 200 Baht for taxi to the airport. Room has adequate space, large refrigerator, separate shower and toilet. Cleaned daily and fast. Pools are relaxing. Cross the street to the beach. Enjoyed nearby park, street vendors, restaurants and shops. Breakfast was ok;...

Upon arrival at 1.45pm we were greeted by the two most unfriendly/rudest checking clears I have ever experienced - was promptly told that the room was not ready and we would have to wait, under normal circumstances this would have been acceptable but this pair did not deserve my patience as they were also giving all other clients the same...

My wife and I stayed here since we had an early flight from Phuket airport and were travelling back from Koh Yao. The hotel's location is great to the airport because it's literally a 5-10 minute drive away. But the rooms felt dirty and severely outdated. There were a few mosquitos in our room that left us tossing and turning...
