Stayed here in June 13 (before the rains). Originally this was our second choice in Sangla. But right from the moment we arrived, we realized that it couldn't have been better. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Throughout our stay, they made sure that all our needs were taken care off. We stayed in a tent right next to the river. The tent provides all that you need to stay comfortably (it does not provide a TV though which was the only complaint my wife had). The location is excellent, the tents and rooms are set in an apple orchard which made the entire setting unforgettable. We could walk out to the river bank and enjoy the evenings. Food quality is excellent. For kids, they have an activity room full of board games (including carrom) which keeps them occupied.
Overall, just for the hospitality, I would rate this facility at the very top.

We were looking for nice and comfortable accommodation in Sangla valley amidst nature after long and tiring journey from Chandigarh. Baikunth Camp was not just a comfortable stay but much more than that and it gave us one of the most memorable experience of Kinnaur. Though the approach to resort is somewhat awkward for a four wheeler, nevertheless the walk past apple orchards to camps is very nice. I along with my family stayed in camp tents for 3 nights in June 2014.
The camp is set right next to fast flowing Baspa river amidst an apple and plum orchard. From camp one can see full glory of Himalayas with tall deodar trees and snow capped mountains as backdrop. One can even see glimpses of Mount Kinnar Kailash. The tents were decent with all necessary amenities along with good cold insulation and 24/7 hot water. (They have LPG operated gas geysers). Kids have lot of outdoor activity options. One can also opt for local walking and hiking trails on mountains which gives breathtaking views of Himalayan mountains…. superb outdoor experience.
Camp staff was friendly. The Camp Mgr Mr Pawan Sharma and Mr Kalyan Singh were really helpful in providing any and all help required in camp or guiding us for trip to Chitkul.
Would definitely recommend this property to those adventure seekers who want to enjoy Himalayan nature to the fullest.

Property is good, but needs a polite and matured Manager to handle customers.
During our visit, the manager was very arrogant & rude.
we were 3 couples wid 1 small kids each and had a good time in and around the property.
Food quality was good.

The Good's:
Breathtaking views of the Sangla Valley: the camp is situated right on the banks of River Baspa and offers stunning views of surrounding snow peaks, including the majestic Kinner Kailash.
Running hot water 24 hours in a day in the neat individual bathrooms attached to the tents.
Clean bed sheets and towels
Warm, helpful staff: help with luggage, packed lunch for hikes, everything with warm smiles
Delicious food: nothing too fancy, just basic north Indian food cooked to mouthwatering perfection.
The Bad's:
The tents can get very cold - especially when it rains (as it does most evenings). They are however, in the process of building proper rooms in which furnaces shall be built.
Conclusion:
This is the second time that we visited Baikunth in Sangla and were once again impressed.

+1
Having visited in April 2011, we visited BRC again in April of 2013 (with 2 more couple friends), and found out that nothing had changed. Same location, same views, but hospitality had further improved...
The camp manager arranged for a fishing jaunt also, as well as hosted us well, by attending adequately to our small requests as well. Felt quite at home, an would visit again there...
BRC could think of arranging stays @ Chhitkul as well, for the discerning...

I stayed here last week.the place is beautiful but needs proper management.initailly I took a tent near the river but changed it cuz of the noise of the river.they dont have much activities which otherwise they claim when u book. The approach is bad once u park the car.u have have to walk bout 200 mts which otherwise is acceptable only if there is a proper path. The water in the taps was a bit muddy.
overall not a bad place to stay but would expect more for the money I spent.

Baikunth Adventure Camp, Sangla is yet another great initiative of the Baikunth group. Located at 9,000 feet, it is THE place for an adventure. Our drive to Sangla was a long but we forgot it all when we entered the resort. The staff there is very warm, friendly and hospitable. They always served with a smile. The camp is located right next to the river Baspa. We enjoyed having our tea at its banks. The tents are comfortable with lovely beds and a well- maintained washroom. The food was very homely and we all enjoyed sitting around a bonfire and eating it. There are enough activities for the kids to enjoy, too. There's a whole tent dedicated to kids activities where there are games available in plenty such as carrom, Chess, Scotland Yard and Monopoly. Outdoor games like badminton and basketball were there, too. Apart from this, they also organised a 5 and a half hour trek. We were accompanied by the camp staff and a proffessional guide. The staff made us very comfortable. In these 5 and a half hours, we climbed 2,500 feet and camped at a place which was at the same level as Leh! The staff cooked food and served tea which we had around a bonfire. The scenery was EXTREMELY BREATHTAKING! We camped beside a lake and it was quite cold. We pitched our tents and laid our sleeping bags for we were to stay for the night. We slept and woke up early next morning and left for going back to the camp. There were snow- capped mountains everywhere. We found many new trees and plants and 2 wild hares also! We reached the base right on time for bonfire where we discussed about our trek.
We were to leave after 1 day. But we enjoyed while we were there. The day to leave had arrived and it was hard to bid farewell to the lovely tents, that tiny brook that passed through the camp, the bonfire area and of course, the friendly staff! The director, Mr Vikrum Jolly, an adventurer himself has a lot of options to offer to keen trekkers. He encourages his guests to rough it out by indulging in nature.
To sum it up, the place grows on you by the day and I'll definitely be back!
