We normally stay in premier inn Ashford North on our way to and from Leicester where we visit family each Christmas. Every time we stayed, we had a good nights sleep and a tasty full English breakfast! This last trip I managed to forget my wallet! I think the word is plonker!

Hotel was ok although room dated and toilet not cleaned properly. Stayed here on New Year’s Eve to have a few drinks and not have 5k drive but at 2245 staff closed the beefeater. NYE ruined. If you are going to stay somewhere to have a night out use the new Travelodge in town

We stayed at the Premier Inn for a night on our way to Eurotunnel. You know what to expect when you book at Premier Inn, friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms and bathroom and ok beds. The Woolpack next door is good for dinner and breakfast.

Sorry I don’t know the answer to your question as I was driving, but agree with other respondents that the staff are extremely helpful and suggest you contact the hotel directly for advice. The Big Cat Sanctuary is only a 15 min drive away, and is fantastic - enjoy!

Hi, when operation stack is on the roads are very congested around here including the road along side the hotel, however, outside of operation stack the roads are fine. You need to keep an eye on operation stack updates and adjust your route and timings accordingly. Thanks,

Hi Hodgkiss72, You are able to leave your car in the car park while you are away. The hotel would ask that you make them away of the duration that you are leaving your car for. Regards Aidan The Premier Inn Team
