The resort is lovely with good comfortable rooms. Ours was overlooking the river. All the staff at the resort were helpful and friendly and the guides are just brilliant with genuine enthusiasm for their local wildlife. I wish we could have stayed longer to see more of the forest and the incredible species there.

Couple travelling with 3 yo son. Activities : we took 3 days 2 nights package which include short trekking, waterfall visit and night walk. Verdict : it was easy for us and i think i can bring my parent (60 years old) in future. not much animal sighting but we witnessed flying squirrel in action which was superb. Food: Reasonable....

This was a lovely facility, great rooms, staff and guides. The chef went above and beyond to try and cater for my gluten-free requirements, which was greatly appreciated. Our Guide Rachel was very friendly and knowledgeable, and we saw lots of interesting birds and animals. The only downside (and this comes from a New Zealander who is used to being...

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay. The staff was incredibly friendly, and helpful. We did several jungle treks, early morning and evening ones. Our cabin was amazing on the edge of the creek. The food was delicious, and with first breakfast, second breakfast, lunch, tea, and dinner, always plenty to eat. We enjoyed mud masks, and foot soaks from...

We had a great time at Tabin. We enjoyed the wildlife that we saw and I was made up to see three snakes amongst other wildlife. The food wasn't great but you can't expect it to be either. We did have ants in the bed for some reason and our water wasn't working, however this was sorted out by the...

The road was quite good and we arrived by 9:30 am. We met our guide (Wang) who is a great birder and we watched a film, had lunch and did a walk. We stayed 2 days and failed to recognize how great the AC was ( we did not have that at Borneo Rainforest Lodge or on the river. The...

Tabin Resort was to be one of the highlights of our trip through Borneo. Sadly it was a lowlight due to the stress of the terrible accommodation and just awful food. Tabin PR states that all of its lodges can accommodate up to 4 people, and driving passed the riverside lodges to the central resort building, we were really looking...

A beautiful spot on the river. Did many game drives, daytime and nighttime. We were unlucky, not an elephant to be seen. Walked to the mud volcano, not very exciting. Would have liked to do more walking, deemed to be dangerous because of presence of elephants. Accomodation was comfortable, the food was not brilliant.

Tabin Wildlife Resort is well known as one of the places where you must go to experience the Bornean wildlife. ‎It was very famous because the Tabin reserve was the habitat for the Bornean Pigmy Elephant, plus all the species of monkeys and many more. Unfortunately, the area has been converted to palm oil plantation and the elephants were probably...

Upon arriving at the Tabin Wildlife resort, we were greeted by some very welcoming staff who offered us cool towels, and our guide; Maldin. They showed us to our table, where Maldin talked us through the activities that we would be under taking during our stay. We were then given our key and taken UP to our room. We were...
