At this hostellerie you have acces to nice and clean rooms, private secure parking space and really, really good food and wine. Good possibilities for chilling out on your balcony/terrace or in the garden, pool og gym

I have visited this hotel and restaurant a fair amount of times now - in fact when in France i try and find a way to get a night here - mainly for the amazing food! The hotel is within a very pretty and picturesque champagne village with some amazing scenery to be had if you walk out the back...

The hotel is situated in a nice little village in the Champagne region. However, for a four star hotel, the room we had was quite dated, especially the bathroom and the separate toilet. The hotel has its own restaurant, which is however quite pricey, so we ended up driving to Châlons-en-Champagne for our dinner due to lack of alternatives in...

Little to say about the hotel other than competent and adequate. Reams (not Reims) however could be written about the restaurant. Everything was just so. This is what a good french restaurant should be like. The staff were precise, attentive and helpful. The dishes we ate were delightful and elegant. At the conclusion of the evening one felt one had...

We spent the weekend exploring the Champagne area and returned to the Hostellerie du Mont Aimee having first stayed there over 10 years ago. The hotel accommodation has been up graded since out last visit. We had room 51, a ground floor room out the back of the hotel with easy access to the car park and also to the...

We have stayed in this hotel on several occasions and it has improved steadily over the years. The rooms are clean and adequate. Despite having booked a long time ahead it was disappointing on arrival to find we were in the annexe across the road. However after some discussion and recognising that we were old clients we were given a...

After our last visit in 2003, the return for two separate visits [to/from E Europe] earlier this month was interesting. The hotel has grown but the facilities remain good and the staff attentive, whether it be at Reception or, like Fred [Maitre], in the excellent dining room. A few little niggles jarred; e.g. we occupied the same room on both...

This was our second stay at this hotel, having stayed 3 years previously. Our rate was Demi pension and good value as the food, both at breakfast and dinner is of high quality. The way the dinner works is that over the 3 nights the choice of food on offer is of a higher standard each evening, culminating in a...

Tucked away in a little village, this hotel is large, catering well for business groups but equally comfortable for individuals on a short stopover. The car park has very easy access to the room which had a small balcony. The bathroom was functional rather than stylish but had the welcome feature of plenty of places to put your stuff. There...

The public rooms, including both dining and breakfast rooms are attractive, and are matched by the quality of food served. The dinner menus are rather expensive, as is wine from an absurdly long wine list. Breakfast was also good, though pre cooked bacon, ham and sausages were rather unattractive, at least to me. The bedrooms were adequate only, reasonably comfortable...
