Empower is an amazing place to go with friends and family.The staff is very courteous n hospitable.Food quality is very good.We went with family,did a lot of activities.It is just not a resort,its an experience.

This place had the best hospitality I've experienced in a long time. The entire staff was always proactive and ready to help. The food was amazing very homely food which my entire team looked forward to after a long tiring day. Highly recommend trying their fruit custard. There wasn't a single instance where my team felt dehydrated from the summer heat as the camp made sure we would always have nimbu paani or kokam juice at all times. The accommodation was simple and comfortable. They have beautiful cottages and tents. The parts of the campus we had a chance to explore were gorgeous, surrounded by hills and forest. The big banyan tree was the center of all the beauty where we had most of our uplifting sessions.

My son had joined this camp which was the first session for this year. The entire camp was very well planned with amazing activities and excursions like rock climbing, rappelling, rafting and exciting games. All the team members and Co ordinating team. Was extremely helpful The kids were taken complete care of, great guidance and exposure. The other facilities were also good . recommendable for kids for a super experience. Thank you team Empower

My son went for 5 days activity camp with them and thoroughly enjoyed. They have plenty of activities to keep the kids enjoyed. The management is also very good right from travel, food and stay. My son made so many new friends. Highly recommended for an awesome experience.

Average My child had been for the camp, she had a wonderful and adventurous experience. However, food was not so good or tasteful, fruits and milk was not provided regularly. They don't have a team for photography so parents back at home miss out on their children activities. There are many such activity centres available in the market, the others also have ex-army officers. Their competitors do send personalised photos of activity of all children, opt for one with secured environment, good food and photo memories to be taken back.

It was certainly a much needed break after a hectic pandemic , WFH...To have such an outbound with team building activities planned by empower activity camp was mind-blowing. A scenic beauty with flora and fauna on all its surrounding an earthy atmosphere is the key attractions. Cottages were well maintained, no doubt on hygiene and cleanliness maintained by the staff. Food was great, hot water supply to the rooms also were available on demand. Friendly and helpful staffs. Mr Pratap, the Manager is a very active and supportive person. Nonetheless thanks to Ms Bhavna for organising such an awestruck outbound for us w/o any flaws.

Excellent property. Very beautiful lush green resort. Really enjoyed our stay and worth visiting again. Cottages are very well constructed and very well maintained. Excellent food and fantastic service. Ambience is class.

Discovered this by sheer luck and chance through Col Nikam whom i knew from Xthrill (another adventure resort at Lavasa). He suggested me to go here this time, I was circumspect as had a group of 14 people including 3 family friends and my parents. If not good then bahut zoote padate. But after some research and reviews here and on google booked it. Drove from Mumbai, road after pen till Kolad town is bad, 40 avg speed on this stretch of Mumbai Goa highway. Resort is nestled in the hiils of Sahayadri montains some 20 kms from Kolad town. Beautiful views and drive from Kolad in this monsoon. Very good roads post Kolad. It took us 3 hrs to reach here from Navi Mumbai on 10th Aug 2021. Resort is 1.5 kms away from the main road ....on reaching there..the first impressions was like, it looks better than the photos for sure. We were greeted by Mr. Pratap Desai(ex Army) and Krishna. These 2 were with us through numerous activities and events across our 3 days stay. Passionate, committed, trained for safety and above all extremely helpful. They made our stay and experience one of the best ever. They accommodated each and every requests of our somehow. Also we got lucky that we 14 were the only one for 3 days here which has a capacity of 150. Corona and weekdays played its role in that I think. But we got their full attention and we enjoyed it a lot. As per Pratap they mostly take care of corporate groups for training here but due to pandemic corporate traffic is low so families are getting a chance now a days. Anyways so we did shooting, raft building & lake swimming, zip line, bonfire and numerous group games with beautiful memories. My parents enjoyed the peace and tranquility of the place. Pratap arrange for a mid night cake cutting on my mom's Birthday on 12th Aug.She was pleasantly surprised and ecstatic! Krishna went with us for trekking and waterfall. What a view on the way to water fall which is like 20 kms further is Shayadri range. Special mention of food ....One of the best one can have on any trip....blessed...very few places you can earn the respect of 3 generations for Good Food, this is one of them. We stayed in AC tents, which were nice and clean and 10 times better than the photos on their website. Overall an overwhelming experience and a wonderful break for us. God bless this Empower people....excellent setup and treatment. It is 12 yrs old place but decently maintained (don't expect 5 star pls). Excellent package and engagement by the staff. Children were off phones for so long ...:):) We have stayed in many 5 stars in India and abroad but iski baat he kuch aur hai, this is a complete package of nature, stay, food, activities, engagement, service and camaraderie!! Will come here again...soon ! PS: They should market themselves more on Google and tripadvisor. This place doesn't figure in their normal searches. You only get super expensive place around Lonavala there, which are not even half good as this. …
