Location vise it can't be better. Beautiful sunset view. Nice place for sitting in lawns. Approach road is really bad and scary. Staff is good otherwise but untrained. Very poor maintenance. Bed sheets n towels seem to have never been washed. Food is good but layout area for buffet is horrible. Reception area is so shabby n cluttered with all the unwanted things.

Must visit when in landsdowne. Mr Ashok the best man I ever met he manage everything perfectly.his staff was very nice the food was yummy.view was ultimate. Treaking for 45 min to waterfall from the resort was heaven .excellent stay good luck Mr ashok see u soon again
