We chose the valley view rooms on the 5th floor with amazing views of the valley and hills beyond. Big balconies attached to the room with seating made it even more enjoyable.

Room was quite comfy and clean. Bathroom was also clean with 24×7 hot water.

Hotel staff was really helpful and catered to all our requests.

Wifi was a bit choppy and slow but we were provided with a dongle on request. However, the Jio network here is quite good here and one can enjoy seamless internet connection on hotspot if you own a Jio sim.

Coming to the food, the Indian options were really good (butter chicken, biryani etc) but the Asian and Chinese options were below average. Breakfast was decent but had limited options to choose from.

TT table, Foosball table and Pool table are also present if one chooses to enjoy some indoor activity.

This property is worth to stay if you are planning to visit Lansdowne. It has everything which one should look for short stay and hotel staff is very courteous and have smiling face all the time.
They believe in fulfilling all your request if that's come under their hotel policy.
They have very nice roof top where bon firing arrangement is available with live music. You can bring your own liquor and they will serve with all amenities to make your time comfortable.
We stayed in -2 floor valley facing suite and every room has balcony where you sir and relax.
The only thing which might ring in your mind is the cost of food which is very expensive.. however the quality of food will force you to try more dishes...
Breakfast buffet is very good and have lot of variety and I am sure you will love the hospitality.
Keep one thing in mind- make sure you get your car fuel tank filled enough as there is no petrol pump near to the property. And the last one you will find is 20km before you reach this property.
Property has very good swimming pool and evenings are quite chilly specially if you are planning to sit on rooftop to enjoy live music.

Thanks to Shubham for keeping good care of us and he is really helpful and understanding.
Highly recommended to visit again.

The hotel rooms was luxurious, well furnished and comfortable, the food was awesome, the staff were very supportive and service very good.
Indoor games and activities will also help you enjoy your vacation,it is advisable to stay in this location as you will not find any good Ravine Palce Hotel with such amenities in the areas nearby Lansdowne market which is away from Ravine Palace. I completely enjoyed my stay here, thumbs-up

If you're like myself who books hotels after reading reviews and checking out hotel property then I must say don't go as per the reviews as hotel staff and owner are running after good reviews which they ask customers to post for their property.

Property: At first glance, quite good, well built, maintained etc. But at the time of check-in there was a short circuit which filled our rooms with smoke and we were quite scared and even had o face power cuts for sometime and when requested at the reception to change the rooms they simply shrugged off. :)

Rooms: Good, Nice neat and clean.
Staff: Courteous, Well behaved but not professional due to which you will notice even ordering your dinner, if you happen to eat their restaurant while you order as per your wished and you something out of the blue is served to you and after quite banging at your head you somehow don't get what you wanted to have.

Amenities: Fuss Ball/Snooker Table.

Overall nice stay at place like Lansdowne where there is huge dearth of water but the amounts charged by hotel for stay is quite high compared to the stay.

Worthless experience. if could rate Zero then definitely. we had a Business group of 48 people which they made 60 people, dont know how. while it was professional gathering cum event, we were charged 10k for DJ and on the name of DJ they handovered a bloody bluetooth speaker where either you could connect with Mice or with music that's too with the mobile with lot of adds.

then we had 14 bottles of liqur hand overed to them to serve to the 33 people who drink out of 48 which surprisingly got finished within 2 hours and we got only 8 empty bottles from them out of 12. Tasteless food as their Honey chilly potato seems only extremely sweet with Zero chilly or anything else.

in the morning kitchen opened at 8.30 hence no tea till then. breakfast time 9-10 only and 10.15 after requesting them we got parantha without any salt or spices, few pieces of Papaya and ultimately maggi. again tasteless omelet extreme freezed butter which you can't eat.

Don't know how would you take this but my suggestion would to not to visit RAVINE specially for group gathering as it would be disappointing. for Solo or family travel would suggest to book a small resort over there which are far better as i have already experienced few of at lansdowne earlier and they were commendable. even staff was quite unprofessional and quite harsh as well while we gave this feedback to them and they were not at all in mood to accept the feedback.

To 1 of their Manager, i said that "MAza ni aaya thoda sa professionally deal kar sakte the hum but instead saying sorry he Said Maza kyu nahi aaya kya dikkat thi".

I just want to say one thing about this hotel that this is the best place to stay in Lansdowne which makes my holiday the unforgettable moment of my life. Food was also so yummy and all staff also very supporting.
And one of the best part of this property is its wonder full location and morning valley view was so awesome, even you can't stop yourself to come out in balcony any time.
So that's why i strongly suggest this hotel for every one.

One of the most peaceful and small beautiful hill station one could experience is Lansdowne where I had very memorable stay with Ravine Palace which offered us beautiful room overlooking the hills to lovely food at their restaurant to their nicely setup done at terrace in night time. The staff was also very polite, helpful and offering prompt services. Manish Juyal and Sanjay Nath had been very efficient in FNB. Kudos to Front office team as well. Each and every hotel staff we interacted made us feel like home as their family members. I wish I could have stayed their more...but nevertheless second time is always there...see you soon guys...

Pros : Hotel Ravine palace is an excellent property with superb views , great service , plush rooms , Only hotel with a Lift , good car parking , Roof top DJ , Roof top patio , In dining restaurant, Travel desk ..to plan your day trips and more ...
Tips : Opt for Valley view rooms with a balcony
If you are with own car then must do a road trip to Tarkeshwar Mahadev Temple , its the best scenic drive in this entire area , good narrow hill roads and easily do able
Tip : On your return , if going to Delhi ..Go via Canal road and Haridwar Hiway , its 45 km more than ususal route but much scenic and better roads .
Cons : Cant think of anything specefic really .

We were a family of 9 adults ,including my 83 year old mother in law ( with a walker ) and we all enjoyed our 4 days stay at Ravine Palace .
A big thank you to all the managers and staff of Ravine Palace for making our stay so comfortable !!

We had a comfortable 2 nights stay at Hotel Ravine Palace. We choose valley facing room on 5th floor for sunrise view.

Room was spacious, bathroom was clean with 24x7 hot water and bed was comfortable. Each room has private balconies with sitting arrangement to relax and enjoy the view. Hotel also has indoor games like TT, foosball, snooker and a kids games room along with roof top sitting arrangements. The staff was helpful.

Breakfast had limited and repetitive options but food was freshly prepared and tasted good.

Definitely recommend a stay at this Hotel while visiting Lansdowne.
