We stayed with our 2 children in a beautiful room with a balcony overlooking the forest and the lake. The sofa bed (where the children were sleeping) was very hard, so we asked for an extra matras and it wasn’t a problem. Breakfast was very good, but dinner was expensive and disappointing

Beautiful hotel, good quality decor, lovely wellbeing area, fantastic rooms. This hotel is very relaxing and comfortable. I have stayed a few times and have found the service in the restaurant a little hit and miss, the food in the evening is very good although not too everyones taste. Excellent breakfasts.

Our experience made a mockery of the slogan's promise of "Peace, cosiness, contemplation, atmosphere - as though the nuns had just gone around the corner". My wife and I were looking for a relaxing weekend break. On arrival the young woman at reception was unfriendly when we asked whether any changes were possible in our massage bookings: we were told... More

It took me there by surprise. Usually the small village of Langweiler would be completely of my track. Closest tourist spots to Langweiler are the river Mosel with the wine-town of Bernkastel-Kues and Hahn Airport, "hub" of Ryan-Air. Both are still a solid 30 minute drive away. The get to the hotel you will most definitively need a car, otherwise... More

Spend a night there in Jan this year. So relaxing. Very good Spa facilities, all very clean and brand new. Maybe not the right place for lots of kids but a perfect couples retreat. Food in the restaurant was also very good, staff very helpful.

I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and spent a wonderful time in Langweiler. Very calm place, clean environment. Perfect if you want a break, no matter if you are alone, with friends or with your family.

This hotel is built into an old monastery, as far as I understood. The spa is very exciting since it is in the old chapel. The best memory I have from this hotel is the michelin star chef in the hotel owned restaurant. He is a true artist. Each dish is not only tasty on first sight - but it... More

My family and I just spent 3 nights at this hotel. The hotel exudes an aura of calm and wellness and the spa/ sauna area was lovely. The rooms were also very comfortable, clean and modern, unfortunately my husband and I had a room overlooking the circular driveway and one evening were disturbed by a delivery truck (I think) that... We have just returned from a 5 night break at this hotel. The food, service and cleanliness were of a very high standard as were the amenities. The spa was not particularly small and was not at all crowded. The free wifi, mountain bikes and walking poles were all a bonus. The area is very quiet and the food alternatives... More

We just spent four nights here with our two children and our Golden Retriever. It was the perfect four day getaway. The hotel is only three years old and the decor is modern and well integrated into the old Monastery structures. The food in the evening was fantastic. The spa area small but with large windows facing the forest. Missing... More
