I stayed at Nawori for 4 weeks while doing research in the area. Nawori really felt like home for me, I was comfortable and looked after. Lyne's cooking is incredible and she is so friendly and happy, you feel you can approach her about anything. Etienne is also a great host and may be able to show you the local...

We had three nights with Lynne here and had a wonderful time. Lynne is a fantastic host and cooked us delicious Vanuatu meals. Highly recommend this bungalow. If you go you MUST also experience the Small Nambas gift of culture, dance and traditional life with Veronique. It's really special and you will love meeting Veronique, who is helping to keep...

We stayed here a few nights and we took all four "rooms". I think it is important to understand that the rooms are separated by walls that only extend a bit above your head so if you need privacy, you will only get it if you take all the rooms or are staying there when no one else is. Two...

Etienne and Lynn are a lovely couple with a beautiful family. They made us feel right at home, even sharing a dinner with us in their bungalow. The location is beautiful, the grounds are nice, and the bungalows are clean. There are shared bathroom facilities, but this is not terribly inconvenient. If you so desire, Etienne is very knowledgeable and...

We spent 1 night at Nawori Sea View Bungalows during our trip to Malekula in September. + We had the front room directly facing the ocean. The room was really nice. Airy and with great views down the cliff. Everything was clean and tidy. There is also a very good mosquito net over the bed provided. Toilet and shower have...

A beautiful place, with beautiful people - I was made to feel very welcome. A highlight for me was being able to explore the village and plantations, getting a taste of what life is like here. Inspiring stuff! I'd advise people to give the hosts some notice before you arrive (unlike me) and be aware that transport options are limited.

We stayed here for 3 nights as a couple with 2 small children. Other than the tours we made we didn't see our 2 boys, they played with the neighbourhood kids all day long. Lynne was the best host you can imagine, welcoming, always big smile, great to talk to, a fantastic cook and always ready to help. We did...

We had a wonderful, relaxing and memorable stay at Nawori Bungalows. Lyne our hostess was lovely and treated us like family. She cooked some of the most delicious and healthy food we had in Vanuatu, with lots of fresh greens. When some of our plans fell through she helped us arrange interesting (and probably more authentic) experiences. The cliffside bungalow...

Nawori Bungalows offers much more spacious rooms than most local style bungalows in Vanuatu. Bathroom facilities are shared with adjacent rooms (with thin walls between them) in the house, but are clean, with flush wc and excellent shower, if with only cold water. Lynne is a wonderful host and excellent cook. She organised our Small Nambas Cultural Experience and can...

The bungalows are clean and there is a balcony with a dream view over Wala. The food was great and plentiful (the home-made coconut jam at breakfast was too good to be true). Etienne and Lyne are terrific hosts, making you feel at home. Also good value for money for the accommodation. However, such as in other Vanuatu islands, transport...
