The Paris is an amazing place with great staff who work really hard through the summer months particularly. Food is fantastic and the Sunday Carvery is the best. It is always disappointing when people make negative comments about things such as 'having to wait' when busy and 'we were given plastic glasses because we were outside and nobody else had...

The Paris Hotel is as much a local pub as a Hotel. Staff are first rate and very helpful. The food is good honest down to earth pub food, but that said the specials are as good as most restaurants. The view from the dining room would take some beating. We loved it, and visited several times. We visited another restaurant...

The Paris Hotel/Pub had a meal Tuesday evening. Waited 40 mins for service, drinks had to be chased, bill was incorrect ( missing our wine order we were honest enough to say but some folk may not), food nice enough but nothing to write home about. Shame as great setting but resting perhaps on their laurels as little else in...

Offers good pub food at reasonable prices. Squid is excellent home cooked and not prepackaged as with other places. We are outside as we had dogs with us. The only negative is that the outside area could be tidied up a bit to make it a real joy to sit outside and enjoy the food.

Disappointing visit - lovely setting but hotel is lacking a friendly warm welcome and although it was around 4pm when we visited we were told they were not serving food when I browsed a menu. Quite surprising as it is probably the busiest month of the year and I assume they would want to maximise the business opportunity. None the...

As a family on our last holiday to cornwall we ate here a few times and it was wonderful . All the produce is llocally sourced and very fresh and very generous portions . If you are ever lucky enough to be in this part of England it is a must . Children's meals come with a choice of chips,...

However, view is not all there is to a hotel. We had a family room and we knew it was going to be a bit crowded. Still it was very small. Beds and bathroom facilities were clean. Looking a bit closer, the room needs a thorough cleaning. Breakfast was ok. We had dinner and enjoyed it very much. The fish...

The sandwich baguettes are excellent value for money in a special location. Really enjoyed our visit. Would recommend the steak sandwich especially. And the chips are really good too. Charming village worth a trip for lunch. I need to say more or I cannot submit, but I do t k ow what else to say!

We visited The Paris Hotel several times over our two weeks holiday. The quality of the food from the menu, specials board or take away was excellent every time and nothing was too much trouble. All of the staff are very friendly and make you feel at home from your first visit.

Had a beer here yesterday, served by quiet but friendly landlord, not very busy but nice atmosphere of locals and tourists. Beer was well kept, drank it in garden looking out to sea having a chat with a lovely local couple. Very nice.
