We've stayed here many times and never been disappointed. Nice rooms in friendly reasonably priced pub. Friendly local crowd, nice rooms, clean and well equipped. Located in the town centre, ideal for shopping.

Very average for a hotel.. rooms clean and comfortable bed. However, noisy on a Summer night as you need windows open as it is so hot with only a huge washing machine size air conditioner in your room which is soooo noisy and takes up...More

Bit overpriced small rooms very hot in some thou did provide fans bit ddated really. stayed in Wetherspoons before .they were excellent .staff were efficient but a very quiet typical Wetherspoons pub.stayed ffor three weeks working locally got a 10% discount poor really.More

Stayed at the Swan for a couple of nights. Upon arriving met by a very pleasant receptionist, booked in and found room to be fairly standard. The bed had not been made with the correct sized sheet, so once pointed out it was quickly corrected....More

Thank you for your review, we are in the process of installing additional aircon units to cool the building down. Should you choose to stay with us again please ask for a 3rd floor room as these are quieter.

Behind the hotel in the pay & display car park and you can walk through the beer garden into the hotel. Free after 6pm I think.
