The Boarshead restaurant did not come up review so as part of the Rawdons hotel felt that I should comment here. The food was awful - lukewarm! The batman behind the pub - blatantly ignored us and carried on cleaning the bar. We evenly found...More

A beautiful old colonial style hotel, very creeky but incredibly clean, excellent staff, a very good table and amazing gardens. Very well positioned for the various attractions and reasonably priced. A craft beer brewery on site an added bonus.

We had lunch at The Boar’s Head and thoroughly enjoyed it! Our waitress was fantastic and the Manager gave very personal service too. The battered fish and chips and the pork spare ribs were absolutely delicious! Highly recommend the craft beers too!
