Stayed in Talgarth for a long weekend, booked Sunday lunch at The Tower Hotel for a group of 8, what can I say well lunch was amazing. 3 choices of meat which were all beautifully cooked, plenty of fresh vegetables, all the trimmings. All for the bargain price of £8.95 per person - fantastic value for money. Lovely friendly staff,...

Stayed here with a few friends this weekend. Really great hosts, warm and clean rooms, and fantastic ales next to the stove. If you're staying in Talgarth, then stay here! Plus, the morning fry-up was cracking!!

Would definitely recommend the Sunday roast. Tasty, plentiful and lovely friendly generous chef. The food was great. However the venue is pretty dated. The bar and dining room could really do with a refit/ update. The staff are friendly. The beer is good. The service is good.

Called into the Tower Hotel for a welcome drink. The Hotel is situated up a flight of steps from the market place or from the car park up a small incline. The bar area is small but has a good range of ales so you shouldn't go dry. It also does B&B so could be a great base to start...
