Awakening to the sounds of coqui's and birds, we opened the doors of the immaculately kept Ginger Room and all of our senses were immediately assailed by a spectacular panoramic jungle vista: fresh, cool breezes rustling tropical foliage; sun rays lighting hummingbirds serenading exotic orchids; cascading waterfalls in the midst of lush green mountains; sudden rain drops on the glassy...

My husband and I just returned from our second Puerto Rico trip. On our first trip last year, we were lucky enough to come across Casa Flamboyant. We had a wonderful stay. In fact, it was the leading factor in our decision to return to Puerto Rico this year and we weren't sorry. We love this place so much that...

Casa Flamboyant exceeded my already high expectations. From the introductory conversation with Ricky to ensure we knew exactly where they were located, (in a rain-forest - so it might rain!) to the final fantastic breakfast prepared by Florin... This was such a unique and fantastic get away. We got a bit lost on the way. Totally my error so i...

When we stepped behind the wall and over the threshold, we marveled at the beauty. Ricky and Florin warmly greeted us with a detailed tour of the property, peppered with bits of history and fascinating facts about the rain forest. The well-designed house is tastefully furnished and melds nicely into the environment. We gazed over the rain forest taking in...

My husband and I recently enjoyed one night at Casa Flamboyant and we wish it had been many, many more. This place is amazing and unlike anywhere I have ever been. Ricky and Florin were lovely and we had a great conversation about the history of the house. Breakfast was out of this world, with many of the ingredients coming...

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Casa Flamboyant on our long weekend trip to Puerto Rico. It really is a paradise. All the great things previously written about this bed and breakfast are true. Ricky and Florin are exceptional hosts, the house and grounds are beautiful, the well maintained hiking trails to the waterfalls are priceless (we spend...

I did not even know such places existed! We stayed there for 2 nights and it was hard to leave... The place is beautiful, Ricky and Florin are just amazing, they are completely attuned to their guests, extremely helpful if you need anything, and will fully respect your privacy if that's what you need. I'm glad we had a chance...

Florin and Ricky make you feel at home and as you walk in the front gate you feel as if you're in another world. The beautiful views are accompanied by the sound of a waterfall in the background all day. Rooms are very comfortable, but you wont spend much time in them. Your time will be spent hiking in the...
