3102bce is a designer boutique resort that has to be experienced and not merely seen. Very thoughtfully designed after a lot of research on our pre-historic past, it provides a glimpse of our ancient Vedic civilization that has long been shrouded in myth and legend. The patterns, colours and symbols used in the designs reflect ancient Vedic way of life which has been inspired by this sublime culture & heritage. Through various artefacts, write-ups, plaques, and paintings we bring to you the story of the ancient Vedic people – their world view; wisdom & contributions to the human civilization as a whole. The name of our resort comes from the year 3102bce which is very significant according to the Indian tradition. There was a conjunction of seven heavenly bodies - Saturn, Jupiter, Mars, Venus, Mercury, Sun, Moon near the Revati Nakshatra (Zeta Piscium) on 18, February 3102bce (verified by modern scientists). This date marked the ending of Krishna’s amazing ‘Leela’ (play) as the Avataar of Lord Vishnu and heralded the beginning of the present era - Kalyug. This conjunction has not only been verified by scientists through Archaeo-astronomy software, but one of the world’s oldest treatises on astronomy Surya-Siddhanta also mentions this remarkable celestial event. This designer resort is a tribute to the philosophy, culture & legacy of this ancient Vedic civilization which has existed for thousands of years and which has striking continuity with the culture & tradition practised in India even today. Inspired by this astonishing celestial event (later proven by modern scientists), our luxury resort in North Goa has been designed. Our resort is located right on the Anjuna-Chapora Road and close to the sun-kissed beaches, dramatic red stone cliffs, and thick palm groves. Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travellers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
We entered the place a little into the evening, was a long drive from the Dabolim airport, by the time we reached we were tired and overwhelmed with the whole journey from Kolkata - 3 hours in the flight, 1.5 hours in the bus to the hotel (we were 26 of us hence the hotel got us a transport arrangement) hence though you were in a Goa state of kind but the body was telling you to crash and the heart was praying that the place is worth crashing.
We enter this beautiful courtyard, oh what an instant splash of water to the eyes was the view, there was just enough light to welcome you with warmth of a candle light in a hut, enough light to guide you to easily to all amenities like restaurant, the bar, the cafe and the restrooms, all Signages very well visible and made. It is only when you realise that the place has been made like that, so soothe all your senses at all times, there’s a weird calm that makes the tiredness go away a bit. And before long you find yourself sitting under the stars in the great Bath cafe (open air restaurant) in the amazing open top courtyard / main lobby / the soul of 3102 bce. Nothing will try to vie for your attention except your senses, no loud lights or music or welcome snacks and drinks forcing you to enamour your holiday self, it’s beautiful especially when you sit there in the evening, appears as if an era old zamindar house in the interiors of India has been lit up just enough for Diwali.
The rolls are well planned and tastefully done, we stayed in an interconnected room because we had two small children, 5 and 3 years old. So a bit of a privacy without compromising on family time. We overlooked an outdoor area of a suite below (that suite was something else, it had a pool with hand painted tiles - God is in the details they say) restroom amenities were quite in sync with the idea of that place and all your soaps and shampoos had an Ayurvedic touch to it. Compact and concise I would say.
The beach is about 1 km away, it’s a nice walk, you pass a plethora of bars and restaurants and shops selling very goa kind of clothes, beach toys and souvenirs, a very lively walk after 9 am.
The place is run by the owners, the family takes care of the place like their home and all suggestions and complaints are handled on a 121 level with an understanding that is brilliant. It’s a beautiful place all in all, the only thing that makes it six sigma is its distance from the beach, I felt that because the place is so comfortable that an easy walk to the beach feels like a lot of work.

It is a beautiful newly opened boutique hotel which is having all 5 tatva as theme . Interior decoration is in line with its name where you feel like 3012 bc. Rooms are very comfortable. Bathroom are slight small in size but ok still . Ambience is good .. all rooms have balcony too to sit and relax . Staff and service is proactive.. at a budget of 3 to 4 k at vegator beach you can't find better place then this for sure..

The best stay I have had in goa it was a wonderful experience. Their hospitality is the best. The way they took care of us was great. The rooms were near what was promised was there. The plae is really afae and hygienic.I would state couples or family to have this location as a preferred location nearer to all beaches. The resort reminded of my history classes when I was learning about civilization 😀 Every minute detail has been covered by them.Both my kids were thrilled to see and read about the past culture and tradition which was beautifully designed.What a combo of culture and nature.Whether it was the food court,the rooftop swimming pool,the kund area and the list goes on... everything has a connection with our culture. Awesome service and mouth watering food.Very humble staff.Thanks to Mr Ranjan the GM of the property. THE HOTEL: 3102bce was suggested to us by a friend. We went there for my wife's 30th birthday celebrations and were 4 of us. This boutique hotel is simply amazing. Right from the rooms which have great options to the restaurant which serves incredibly good food to the staff, everyone extremely courteous. Service was nothing less than what you get a five star hotel.
THE ROOMS: We stayed at the luxury room with outdoor area and jacuzzi during our stay at the hotel and the room was just too good. The outdoor area is perfect for hanging out, playing some music. Also the Jacuzzi fits 2 and is perfect to relax (dont forget to get the bath bombs!!)
THE LOCATION: I think apart from the service, the location of this hotel is amazing. All known cafes and restaurants, you name it, are not more than 10-15 mins away. There are stores at walking distance from where can get common supplies.
The staff was really good too from the front desk to the restaurant manager to the Business Development Manager, Ishan who guided us through the booking, the stay, renting a car and all other help we needed.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone that is looking for a boutique stay at Goa, that is perfectly placed from all the best restaurants and cafes along the beaches being not more than 15 mins away at the max!

Lack of coordination amongst staff and reception. We had to prove our reservation multiple times, and it felt like they were skimming for money at every point - Be it an extra mattress or breakfast, which were already included in our booking. It was unexpected and shameful when the restaurant manager bothered us by saying that breakfast is chargeable while eating food.
Faulty refrigerator got replaced the next night after numerous complaints to the reception. The A/C unit was not working, and it was hot during the night. We thought of letting it go because of the lack of response from the staff.
Breakfast spread is not that good and boring. We expected a good breakfast spread given the excellent rating of the hotel. The only good about the resort is the Vedic structure, and it will give you a good backdrop for your selfies and photos.
Recommendation - Give training to your staff on essential soft skills and improve coordination between yourself. These are basic expectations from every customer during the stay.

Went to Goa with a group of friends who had come from all over the world. This hotel was recommended to us by family friends who had stayed here in April 2022. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Housekeeping did a great job of cleaning, replenishing towels and water bottles. The food was delicious, and they have a great variety of cocktails. The smoked old fashioned is not to be missed! We had a great time here. The photos don't do it justice.

3102bce is a a new property that has recently come up right next to Vagator Beach.( North Goa) The entire property is conceptualized around the Indus Valley Civilization. A lot of detailing has gone into the decor and ambience to keep the look and feel of the property in sync with the theme. I'd rate the location of the property very highly. It's very close to Vagator which means you aren't too far away from the regular hotspots of Baga and Calungute while you are also just a short drive away from the upcoming areas of Morjim and Marbella. There are a few shopping marts and a petrol pump nearby as well. The entire team of the hotel was very courteous and welcoming making my stay memorable. My family and me had a great time and I would recommend this place very strongly to anyone who visits Goa.

3012 bce is a luxury boutique resort in north gao, 10 mins walk away from Vagator Beach. As the name suggests the resort is based on the vedic theme but comes with modern luxuries and comfort. Located at the prime location, it is near Ashwem and Anjuna beach as well. It is constructed in such a manner that is gives you the feel of old era, making sure that all 5 elements of the earth are taken care of. Everything you see around just compliments the theme of the resort. As soon as you enter the resort you walk pass by a jacuzzi and then a beautiful pool to sit by and relax. There is a different section where vedic authentic games are kept such as chess and ludo which gives you a feel of a completely different age. Alongside this section there is a cafe which is open 24*7 and provides exceptionally good food. There is a book area as well besides which is the bar. Also the buffet is huge and tastes heavenly. The suite room comes with all the modern amenities you can think of along with jacuzzi/plunge pool and a lawn area. The basic rooms also are pretty good with all the comforts and huge balcony space. And the star deal is all of it comes in a decent price. The place is very peaceful and soothing not something very crowded like those in Baga beach so it is a win win situation for people who love a peaceful stay and wants something calming. All it felt so good that it makes me want to go there again.
