Thanks to the fact we found this small quaint cottage/homestay with beautiful earthy colours and grass, a literal well and amazing ambience. One can enjoy in their cosy space and enjoy the chirping of birds and close proximity of restaurants. I would recommend this place to anyone who prefers unique properties rather than typical hotels. This place doesn't offer luxury, big rooms or a fancy place. What it offers is a peace of mind, harmony and an experience. Wish to come back soon.

Very friendly owner and staff. The place is serene and has a great calm atmosphere. Out of my experience it's a safe for solo travellers and neat, tidy and well maintained. Thankfully it's close to restaurants and the beach is not far from the location as well. I enjoyed my stay and I am looking forward to stay here when I visit again.

We were a bunch of 3 ppl who landed in Goa at exactly Midnight and Michelle was extremely kind to guide us even at that odd hour. The place is extremely quiet and well maintained. Vagator beach is just 10 mins away and we have very nice restaurants close by. Overall the stay was awesome and it was 100% value for money deal.
