Stayed here for a few nights in October, 2016. We stayed in the new wing. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Our room had an excellent view over Namchee and the sun warmed up the room during the day. The shared bathroom was just down the hall and was always clean. The restaurant produced excellent food. The...

We stayed here on our way down from the mountains after the April earthquake and were happy to see there was relatively little damage at this lodge. The use of reinforced concrete and frame construction gives a sense of security! The food was above average with some things on the menu that made a change from every other tea house....

We stayed here twice, both coming and going from a hike/climb in the Kumbu valley region of Nepal. We enjoyed the place more than any of the other guest houses/tea houses on our travel to the region. It's run by a very nice family and always kids running around, making it feel rather homey (to me, at least). The food...

I stayed at Zamling after climbing Oct 2014. I don't know about booking ahead, since I was a walk in. They were pleasant, the place was very comfortable. After 3 weeks I had the first hot shower there that was steady both in temperature and in volume. Food was good, nice view from the room and the restaurant. I am...

We stayed at Zamling for a night on our way up to Everest Base Camp trek on 4th April'14. Its a cozy place and is run by warm and inviting sisters who look after their guests. Try and get the new rooms on the 2nd floor that have electric geysers so uninterrupted hot water for a bath. Food was great...

Having been to Namche Bazaar before at this time of the year I was determined to go a bit upmarket this time around to make the whole trip a little more pleasant for the 5 people I brought with me. Some months earlier I initiated contact with the owner of the property following favourable TA reviews. Emails were efficiently handled...

Its warm and comfortable and serves great food. I can recommend the moussaka. Rooms have carpet and the toilet and shower are very clean. The views from the rooms is also...

Stayed here a total of 7 nights. Was the most comfortable lodge of the 3 week trek and the family/staff are great, food too. Got a delux room which was well worth it in my opinion, clean sheets (didn't have to use my sleeping bag which was so nice!) and clean attached bathroom. There was a bath but no plug...

This is one of the best places to stay at Namche. I was passing through Namche with a group of friends on the way to Everest Base Camp. I had made arrangements to stay there and it was all worth it. The service was excellent, the food delicious, the nice touch of hot towels before dinner was the crowning touch....

I stayed here on my way to Gokyo and upon my return. The guest house is a bit of luxury after walking in from Jiri. The whole place is clean, nicely decorated, spacious and relaxing. Bedrooms have power sockets, large windows and comfortable beds. Showers and toilets are clean and modern. The location is great, just above the main area...
