Excellent hotel in the heart of Latacunga. Boutique feel in beautiful surroundings. Full restaurant attached to the hotel with excellent food and free breakfast for guests. Tour pickups and scheduling available at the front desk from friendly staff. If you find yourself in Latacunga I would highly suggest the Villa de Tacvnga.

We stayed 2 nights here and we had a very nice welcome;we had a room on the top floor it was spacious but the cleanliness was average. The service was excellent and the staff was very helpful:I needed to repare a flat tyre and the manager came with me in my car to find where I can fix it;if you...

We booked this hotel online based on ratings at Tripadvisor and Booking.com. I really enjoyed my stay, but I was lucky as we got upgraded. The hotel is built of interesting volcano stones and the rooms are in a quiet location. You cannot hear much of the streets and the location is very central in the most beautiful part of...

Stayed a couple of nights. I'm with mixed feelings. On some occations the service was very good (one member of staff) and the staff tried to help us in many ways. On some occations there was no one to be found, almost no English spoken (except for this one person) and for example at breakfast, no interest was shown to...

We were lucky: We got a free upgrade to the honeymoon suite! Very, very nice! The hotel is located in the heart of the town and has a friendly staff. Breakfast was included and delicious. A good and inexpensive hotel for a stopover in Latacunga!

We stayed one night at Villa de Tacvnga. The hotel was OK - smaller bed, mostly clean, not a whole lot of hot water. The bell boy was suburb - helped us through the traffic to show us where to parked and tried to find someone to check us in. It took 30 minutes for someone to show up to...

One of the greatest hotels I've ever been! The owner is very friendly and help us to arrenge a trip to Quilotoa. Great service, huge breakfast, clean room. The hotel is an antiquity: old metal keys, ''piedra pomes'' construction and the location alouds you to see the volcano (if you are lucky and there's a good weather). I loved it,...

The owner was very pleasant and helped us to arrange a personal tour of Cotopaxi, The room was nice and very clean. The hotel was an old hacienda and we liked the antiquity of the building. The rooms are in an inner court and you didn't hear the sound of traffic.

We stayed here for a night. The hotel is built in an old building, and has an amazing character and charm. The staff was also very helpful, and the included breakfast was very nice. It was weird to have a bathroom door without a lock though.

We stayed at the villa de tacvnga and were impressed with both the place and the people. It was quiet (rooms overlook a lovely courtyard) with lots of fun historic features (including heavy unique metal keys). What was really great was the service! They helped us make train reservations with grace and patience, which included a phone call that took...
