Room AC broke 10 times and we had to sleep with 33 C. AC in gym and kids plaza also broke. Spa massage rooms had no AC! Hot pool broke 2nd day. Shower in bathroom flooded the room by spilling water. Key system to open room doors broke for 3 hours. Staff was really unhelpful and they seemed to be overpowered with problems. The place looks great, unluckily it’s so poorly maintained your experience is terrible.
The hotel is nice and the outdoor warm swimming pool is excellent. But the restaurant and specially the service in the restaurant are not good. We got a package with massages (that were fantastic) and dinners. In the menu there was no vegetarian option and eating meat in the dinner three days in a raw is not my favorite option. In addition, the three days was the same menu. Another big problem there is the service in the restaurant. The waiters are hidden inside and not attentive to what happen with the clients. This means that the service is slow and not efficient. Each time we went to the restaurant we have to prepare our tables (we were 8 and the table was never set for us) but when we did, the waiters came to complain that we did not do it in the right place in the salon. Wouldn't it be wiser to have the table ready for the people that they know before hand that they will have there eating? Or be attentive of what is people doing in the restaurant, so there is no problems? There is no gluten free option without meat. My daughter has to eat every time meat because she is celiac. The show on Saturday night in the restaurant was VERY loud and did not allow people to sleep. Beside it was absolutely bad sound and kitchy music. To be avoided.…
this place is beautiful! perfect for relaxation. nice staff and very good food. the rooms were big and the bed very comfy. the spa was fantastic. i loved how it had many different types of pools and Jacuzzi. the included breakfast was decent. i would def recommend this place for a weekend getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city.
We stayed a night at the hotel. It's a nice place to relax, with four swimming pools (two inside the spa and two on the outside) and comfortable sauna (a dry one and a wet one). The common areas are spacious and cozy and the buiding is completely modern. The bedrooms are well equiped and the mattresses are really nice to sleep on. Also the restaurant is really nice, great food and cheaper than a mediocre place in the city. On the other side: * The wifi was lousy, it worked only ocasionally even though we had the router under our bed * The breakfast is not appropiate for a 220 USD hotel. Even though we are in Argentina, we expect more than some home made croissants and toasts with ham and cheese. * There were plenty of green empty spaces full of trees with no posibility to get into. They were meant to be looked at and not to be next to them. The idea of the hotel is to stay in the spa or the pools but we think that walking along the green area would have been nice.…
