Hi guys. I'm looking at coming in May, just like to know what the weather is usually like. Is every part of the tour accessible? Cheers
Dear Christopher: Thank you very much for writing. In the month of May it is rainy season so most excursions will be by canoe. If you have any other queries, you can also write to whatsapp 996183427 Regards, Amazonas Sinchicuy

How to hire the local guide? what is the rate?
Our local guide was OK but there was another group that had a better one. Don't remember his name but he plays the guitar. Rates were $240 per night which includes all meals and transportation to/from the airport. Enjoy

We are coming from Puno same day. How long is the trip from Iquitos to the lodge? What is the latest we can get transportation from Iquitos? Is it by boat?
Hello, from Iquitos city to the Lodge is approximately 1 hour. Recommendation to choose flight schedule to enter and exit to the Lodge: First Flight Arrival: LIM / IQT (Take flights arriving before 09:00 am) Last Flight Departure: IQT / LIM (Take flights departing after 18:00 hrs) Another schedule add extra boat USD 60.00 each one way

Hi! We've been looking at the package you have on Viator, and we really want to book it, but unfortunately we don't have the possibility to be in Iquitos before 9 a.m. We are flying from Cusco, and can be there at earliest 12.10. How will that work? Could we make it happen? Kind regards
Dear Amanda: Apologies for the delay in responding. Thanks for writing to us. I would like to know when is the date of your trip, since July of this year, we will have a second boat trip to the lodge for passengers arriving on the flight from Cuzco Regards, Paseos Amazonicos

"All rooms are the same with exposure to nature."
"all rooms cost the same and are close together so no helpful tips....However, if you happen to be in a "grouping" (4 rooms with same roof) with loud people, you can ask to be moved and they are as accommodating as possible"
"Get a room that is far away so that you don't hear other people. Bring your own mosquito netting if you are a magnet or you'll be eaten alive at night."
"They all seemed a good experience. This is a quiet place to stay, whatever you choose."
"Closer to the dining room !"
