It's wonderful place to stay with Amazing ambience with superb hospitality. Food is just sumptuous. It's in a calm & serenity all around just few meters away from the clean beach. In all must visit the place once you are in south Goa. Thanks for providing comfortable stay.
We had booked the diwa club access rooms at the Goa property for 4 nights. The property is superb and well located and would surely recommend it to all. The breakfast, high tea and sun downer had a good spread and worth paying the extra for club access. Thank you Alila diwa team
We really liked the seamless check in process. Our rooms got upgraded (upon availability) and as we were there for a special occasion it really meant a lot for us. The housekeeping was on point. The spa service was really nice, one must definitely try out.
Service was excellent with friendly and approachable staff. Ambiance of the hotel, landscaping and shuttle service were good. 7 am to 7 pm breakfast, 4 to 5 pm snacks and 6 to 7 drinks was a pleasant surprise. Food was normal and had no special or amazing taste.
The Diwa club is excellent especially with the chai pani and sundowners. Staff was exceedingly polite friendly and made our trip a fantastic one. Amazing place if you are travelling with kids - the pool, the play area, the theatre are all great. The breakfast spread was excellent too Only thing missing? The beach is quite dead
Our stay was made smooth at this beautiful property thanks to Aradhana and Keerti. The housekeeping staff, Raghu, Jitu, Malcoy and Ashok kept us comfortable throughout. The swimming pool was amazing, rooms were big, spacious and clean. Breakfast at the Bistro was delicious and beautifully presented. Service by Kumar and Basha made the experience better. The afternoon chai pani and evening sundowners were also good. The menu for the evening sundowners can be slightly more elaborate and the tea/coffee and small eats facility can be made open to club rooms 24/7. Overall it was a fantastic stay. We will definitely go back!
We went for a 6-month wedding anniversary but it was a terrible experience. No lights in the car parking zone, the front desk was beyond rude, it takes them forever to get us one cup of tea while risking on our flight. Moreover, the housekeeping staff is also not cooperative. The hotel doesn’t even have laundry bags, nor carry bags and neither mouthwash. Front desk manager - Sarvesh - beyond bothered & utterly rude. There were 5 different people coming to us one by one stating about breakfast buffet being closed (indirectly telling us to leave) Breakfast manager - Renee did not bother to do anything about it.
Lovely resort with excellent service. Two swimming pools were very will maintained. The staff is prompt and courteous. Special thanks to Basha from the catering team. And kasuga We had a very memorable trip
Loved our stay at Diwa club. Right from hassle free airport transfers to smooth check-in to our immaculately clean and spacious rooms and their impeccable room service, everything was perfect. Smart lighting system catering to different moods was a delight. The staff at Bistro is super courteous and warm. Special mention to Goodwin at Bistro for his politeness and prompt service to cater to our child's needs. Chai paani and sundowner hours were one of the best parts of our trip. Me, my husband and especially my kid didn't want the trip to end. All in all - a fabulous stay.
Pleasant stay at diwa club. Beautiful spacious rooms. I stayed there for 2 nights with my family. Lovely ambiance. Staff is very courteous and always happy to help.staying at club was lovely. Concept of lazy breakfast… like we can have it during anytime from 7am to 7pm. Like the concept. Every premium property should try this. My son loves the pool and nice and big swimming pool made his vacation memorable. Close to beach only 5 mon ride by hotel shuttle. Beach is also lovely and less crowded. Worth the money we pay…👍🏻
