We stayed 9 nights - (2 families with 4 young children) at Villa Mancine at Poggio D'Oro and it simply wasn't long enough! The experience from booking through to leaving was simply wonderful. Marco was an incredibly prompt and informative responder when we booked 10 or so months out, and this was born out by his incredibly friendly welcome and... More

It was the 5th time we visited Marco and his beautiful Poggio d’Oro. We again had fantastic holidays – the apartments are spacious, very comfortable, clean and well maintained. The view from the terrace is stunning. The kitchens are fully equipped, there is a wifi internet, and the guests can enjoy the swimming pool or play tennis. Marco, the owner,... More

My husband and I are just back after a wonderful vacation, 8 nights at Poggio d'Oro. The apartment (El Pino) was perfect, 1 bedroom, a small living room with a kitchen and all you need in it and spectacular views. It is very easy to find and close to all the cities and villages in Tuscany and Marco, the owner... More

Poggio D'oro lets you live your Italian dream. It's in a perfect location to explore the surrounding Tuscan countryside, the views are breath taking and the villas are like a home away from home. Marco makes you feel like family from the moment you arrive. Our family of 11 stayed two weeks and no one wanted to leave. It's a... More

Poggio d'Oro turned out to be even lovelier than we imagined from the picture. From the beginning to the end Marco and his staff were perfect hosts, very friendly and helpful. The house (Il Pino) was clean, pleasant and had everything needed for a holiday in Tuscany. The view from the house was amazing; the rolling hills of the Chianti,... More

The complex of Poggio d'Oro is a haven of peace. It’s located on a slope, it’s surrounded by nature and provides a marvelous view. The villas are neatly decorated, cosy and typically Italian! The brothers Marco and Andrea are perfect hosts and make you feel at home right away. Marco maintains a good relationship with the guests, while Andrea carries... More

It was above and beyond our expectations. The charming scenery. The apartment was great, spacious and well equipped. Greatest pleasure was to sit on the porch in the evening, Chianti wine and enjoy the enchanting atmosphere. Marco was charming and helpful.
