Set amidst fifty acres of natural forested estate with an in-house eco park, our founding lodge invites continuous connections with the wilderness, giving you an experience of what it means to be truly close to nature. Situated near the park gate, yet away from the hustle bustle of nearby lodges due to the vast estate, you get the best of both the worlds. Beyond game drives, you can also choose from a range of adventurous activities designed for adults and children alike. In an effort to create inclusive spaces, we offer wheelchair accessible rooms (standard rooms) and e-rickshaws for senior citizens to explore the lodge. A pet friendly hotel, ensures that you don’t leave your four legged friend behind. The culinary experience in the lodge has been curated keeping in mind the ‘farm to table’ concept with local produce from either the gardens or nearby markets. The authentic delicacies can be enjoyed with the views of the wild through our personalised dining experiences.

Detailed Reviews
Visited Jungle Camp with family. All the worldly comfort and amenities were present in the room (hot/cold water, big rooms with private sitting area(s) etc.. Food was decent at the restaurant. We went for Safari organized with help of the Jungle Camp and they took care of all minute details. The camp staff packed us breakfast (packed, with tea in thermo-flask) and provided blankets to all (in case one felt cold during early morning hours in open jeep safari). Highly recommended !!

So we are just back from a 3 night stay at this beautiful place. We stayed in tent 205 with a lake view. The room was large, impeccably clean, had all the basics needed for a comfortable stay and fitted in with the natural surroundings. The team at Pench Jungle Camp is all about being friendly and service oriented and a special mention goes for our young naturalist, Hari, who made our safaris and walks so much fun and informative. He is a wealth of information. Rajnish is a fabulous operations manager and was very hands on with everything happening. Mr Avdhesh at the restaurant was good with service and made me a lovely Mojito too. Besides them all other staff were equally good and it felt like being at home. The food at the restaurant for all our meals was never repeated and was great on taste. Their hi tea setup in the garden every evening with singers for entertainment was looked forward to.
We took 2 safaris and the team made sure we had blankets to keep ourselves warm early in the morning and we enjoyed our bonnet breakfast at the park too. Our sundowner at Kohka Lake was well organised too.
We enjoyed their game’s room with several indoor game options and bottles of sanitiser around to give the feeling of safety. We enjoyed the rabbits, the hens and chicks, so many other birds, the cycling in the park, the tyre swings and their lovely four resident dogs.
We definitely recommend a stay here.

The Jungle Camp, Pench, is a resort adjoining the wildlife sanctuary from the Madhya Pradesh side. Spread over 5 odd acres, this is a collection of ‘luxury’ tents and cottages with a main restaurant and lawns. Our group had a total of 6 tents, which were pretty basic in nature, though comfortable.
We had 2 safaris booked over the next 3 days – one each in the morning and afternoon. The downside was due to it being peak season, the safaris we got were from the Maharashtra side of the sanctuary (Pench is spread across the 2 states of MP and Maharashtra). This entailed a drive of 15 Kms to get to our entry gate. The upside was the resort served piping hot tea and cookies at 0530Hrs in the morning and refreshing fresh lime water upon return. In the interim, each jeep was equipped with a hamper stocked with tea, coffee, boiled eggs, fruits, sandwiches, parathas, et al. So you may or may not see any fauna, but you sure as hell won’t want for food!
Since the resort is in the buffer zone (as are most such resorts), we spent every morning and evening when we weren’t on a safari wandering around in the forest. Largely deciduous in nature, the forest isn’t very dense. Being winter, it was a sheer pleasure walking through them.
If you love fresh air, aren’t too fussy about food and relish being in natural surroundings, the Jungle Camp is definitely recommended. If you cannot do without creature comforts like room service, guaranteed big game sightings etc., then I suggest you give this a pass and visit the nearest zoo. In an air – conditioned car.

Food is pathetic, not worth the price. Service is very slow. No service is there post 11 pm & even water and glass was not given after 11 pm. Linen is smelly and not fresh. Don’t go to this resort if food & leisure is what you are travelling.
When we told about food manager told we have executive chefs from Delhi and food is low on salt and spices. How can anyone eat this.

Response from Pench Jungle Camp, Owner at Pench Jungle Camp
Responded 30 Aug 2021
Dear Mr. Agrawal, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your stay at Pench Jungle Camp. We are deeply concerned that ‘the overall experience’ at The Pench Jungle Camp did not meet your expectations- please accept our heartfelt apology. We have investigated about your review with our team, kindly find below our point wise response to the comments made by you: Food is pathetic, not worth the price – Over the years food has become one of the strengths. The same is evident from the past reviews as most guests have appreciated the food served at our in-house restaurant. Please accept our sincere apologies as our food did not meet your expectations. No service is there post 11 pm - Since our service/ kitchen team wakes up early in the morning to prepare breakfast for morning safari departures we close the dinner at 10:30 PM. After 11 PM, our night guards are available for service and you were provided the water bottles by your guard. Helpdesk number is provided to all guests in case of any emergency at midnight. Linen is smelly and not fresh – We change the linens daily and always use fresh sheets before the next guest check in. Musty smell from linen could be due to the ongoing monsoon season, room freshener often used to get rid of the smell. Food is low on salt and spices - Since majority of our guests eat mild and low salt food hence we keep that in mind while preparing the food. However our restaurant also caters to any special dietary requirements/ food preferences our guests may have. As we always have a positive approach towards our guest feedback, and we believe they help us to improve our shortfalls in order to provide a better service to our valued guests. Please accept our sincere apologies again for not being able to deliver our usual standards up to the guest expectations. Our warmest regards, Team Pench Jungle Camp

Right from our first interaction, Abhishek during booking has been a great . During our correspondence he was prompt and informative. This property is perfect luxury in the middle of nature. The look & feel of the place is kept true to it's environment. We stayed in the luxury tents, which were spacious, well designed, aesthetically beautiful, very clean, great shower & comfortable beds. Our room had a lake view & a bird watcher's delight in the morning. The food experience here was one I will carry back with me, from the most delicious Indian flavours to perfect continental recipes. All the produce is organically grown at the beautiful vegetable garden in the property. Our experience was further made memorable by the staffs warm, thoughtful & considerate approach to the guests. Mr Pradeep, a considerate and pleasant restaurant manager, leads a very happy and well trained staff, who never turned down one request of ours & took care of all our needs & wants. A special mention about Ranjeet, Rakesh & Shiv Kumar. All of them went beyond to take care of us. Our safaris were well planned by them in good conditioned vehicles & accompanied by their in house naturalist. Akhil, Pradeep Patil & Vishal, who were very well educated and did their very best to make our experience memorable. Their incredible stories about their experiences in the jungle will make you want to return back! Manthung who was overseeing the property here set up a beautiful bonfire with lanterns and chairs etc, got the most delicious strawberry cake baked in their own bakery for my mum's birthday that we were celebrating here. This is what all holiday experiences should be!

I am very happy to report that all reviews of the property that say it is excellent and very well managed , are absolutely true .my mother and I had an extremely comfortable , and hospitable stay for two nights in one of the property's luxury tents .our tent was very close to the main reception area . contrary to what a few reviewers have said , I found great mobile network connectivity for both airtel and jio throughout the property . Our tent was extremely well decorated and cosy . Rajneesh and Shashank attended to every query and requirement with extreme professionalism and so did their team . Anything we asked for was attended to promptly . We did a night safari with them, it is very very thrilling to experience the jungle at night . Shashank facilitated a morning safari for us , we got a wake up call an hour before the safari time without asking for it , and the packed breakfast , laid out on our gypsy bonnet at a designated spot inside the core zone at pench , was super , tasty and a dustbin was sent along to clean up . There is ample parking outside the resort , one request to the managers would be to put up a 'do not litter' board in the parking area and also place dustbins there .the food was good at all times , decent indian fare served on buffet style in the restaurant. I would love to visit again 👍

Had a wonderful stay at jungle camp.right from reservation to checkout everything was smooth and taken care off.we spoke with mr Abhishek for our booking and he arranged everything for us including safari and airport pickup and drop(from Nagpur). We stayed in luxury tents which were very comfortable with tea and coffee tray, plz not there is no television in the rooms,we r happy about it though. Food is good but can improve in variety.its a quiet serene hotel with wonderful courteous staff . Check in check out were quick with smiling faces. Housekeeping staff was very prompt I needed a quick glue fr my broken shoe also needed iron .they quickly arranged it for me. Special mention to drivers who gave us airport drop nd pickup.they drive safely and again courteous.
I will visit again for sure soon just for the lovely staff.

I recently visited Pench Jungle Camp with my family and had the best experience. The check-in process was very smooth and was safe (Temperature check and proper sanitization). We stayed in their luxury tent which is the best if you are looking for a forest like feel stay. They have a balcony attached to the room with a beautiful view of the jungle.
In the evening, they had arranged a sundowner at the Kohka lake. We were taken there in a gypsy and then by a boat and witness the most beautiful sunset by the lake. We had our hi-tea there and it was undoubtedly the best experience. They had made the perfect sundowner setup for us and it was an experience to remember. For dinner, we had a candle light setup arranged beautifully in their garden beside a bonfire. The food was really good and the service was top notch. The staff here is very welcoming and kind.
If you are visiting this place with your partner, I would recommend you to go with their sundowner and their candle light dinner. It would be the perfect romantic setup.
The stay was very comfortable and the room was cozy making you feel like home. For breakfast we had the buffet and it was great! The food was fresh and tasted good. The lunch was at their buffet restaurant and tasted great. They have both veg and non veg options with a wide variety of dishes. I loved their choco lava cake accompanied with Vanilla Ice-cream and was the perfect end of the meal.
You will also be welcomed by 4 adorable dogs here which was a plus for a dog lover like me.
Overall, I highly recommend you all to book this place for your next visit to Pench.

Had a fantastic stay at Pench Jungle Camp -- the luxury safari tent was perfect, the food was delicious, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. All the arrangements from the hotel pickup to the safari bookings to our eventual onward travel were all arranged efficiently, meaning we could relax and enjoy the tigers and other wildlife sightings! Our guide, Ragu, was particularly knowledgeable and good company and made the trip especially enjoyable. Definitely recommend the Pench Jungle Camp - and hope to visit again soon!

We were a group of 20 people and we recently visited Pench Jungle Camp for the Holi long weekend in March 2021. I am so overwhelmed with their service, and trust me, it is not easy to please me. One can guess by my 4 star rating while I really do not have anything reasonable to deduct one star for these guys.
The Rooms:
I stayed at the Safari Tent (the highest category) and in their base category room as well. Of course, there is a huge difference between the two and if one can afford, they must stay at the tent at least once. They are spacious, have a spectacular view, a patio overlooking a water body where you can see animals. You also get a private area outside the tent, it is like your little park where you would notice beautiful birds. Please note, none of their rooms have a TV, which I think is very good as it gives you more time outside with the nature rather than being indoors watching a screen that you do at home anyway.
The Food:
Well, they have a great spread in their buffets. Right from Indian to Continental. These people take really good care of you when it comes to food. Let it be breakfast, lunch or dinner.. they will ensure you are stuffed and enjoy your food. The staff is really sweet to check upon your taste and even customize the dishes accordingly for you. You can do the same with your packed breakfast for morning safaris. I think, if I really have to nitpick here, I think I deducted 1 star for their Chinese food. They can make it better. They also have live pasta stations. Right from veg to non veg, the food will not disappoint you at all.
The Service:
Well, this is the most overwhelming part. They have over 30 rooms and the place was fully booked. Due to covid, the hotel was understaffed and yet, I did not find any issues with their flawless service. Imagine, they only had 8 people in the housekeeping department, yet my room was cleaned on time, my room service was quick, the club area and the entire property was so well managed.
The Property:
Well, it is a delight for those who love nature and animals. The property is beautiful and you would see 5 friendly German Shepherds Who'd be happy to play fetch with you. 4-5 Guinea Fowls.. Langurs and if you explore the property well, you'd see some chickens as well.
They have a huge eco park right opposite to their property where you can take a walk early morning with PJC naturalist and do some bird watching, or simply just cycle around the property enjoying the nature. The club house has some fun activities as well. If you are not doing safaris and watching TV in your room, this property has a lot to offer to keep your vacation fun filled and busy :)
Lastly, I would like to thank the manager, Mr Rajnish who took really good care of us and ensured top notch service. The kitchen staff for the sumptuous food and the house keeping for working with great efficiency.

Hi, I can't answer this as we have only been in the camp so far, we will travel after the safari in Tadoba. We are asked a lot if people can take a picture with us but nobody has asked us for goods. My idea is, if sweets it is better sugarless Have a good time travelling
