We chose this hotel for our first holiday in Italy, largely based on trip advisor reviews and it's seemingly excellent location within the Tuscan Countryside. We were not disappointed! The frattoria and hotel stand atop a hill, with distant views over vIneyards and olive groves of Montepulciano and other lovely old hilltowns. The views are stunning, and the only sound...

We stayed here for a week in August 2013 as a family with our daughter. It is a very lovely building set in a great setting over looking countryside, rolling hills and vines. It is really rural, in fact quite tricky to find unless you have carefully programmed your sat-nav in advance. The room was very plain but also comfortable,...

Stayed here for 4nights, had a large room overlooking the vineyards. Staff really helpful, great pool. We ate in every night so that I did not have to drink and drive. The food was good and was different every night, the wines were good value and you can taste them every night before dinner which they did not charge for....

What a surprise! We booked our room by looking on the internet. I thought we would be staying in a quaint farmhouse. Nothing could be further from the truth. This is a first rate, five star, villa. It is absolutely beautiful! The view from our room was so tranquil and lovely. Our daughter sat for the longest time by the...

We only stayed for one night, and wished that we stayed for a week. This is a super value, with a wonderful breakfast included. And the dinner on site was geat, and very reasonable, and their own wines are great. I had low expectations aboout the wine but was more than pleasantly surprised. They were so good that I brought...

The place, the view, the staff, the food, the wine.. Everything is just perfect, except the weather (where it rained for 2 days). Luckily it was hot and sunny when we arrived, thus we were able to enjoy the pool on our first day. There was no wine open house wine tasting during our stay but staff were nice enough...

We stayed at this hotel for six days to explore Umbria and Tuscany from there. The location was perfect. In the evening we went to Montepulciano, that is very close and has lots of nice spots to eat. The room was spacious and clean, the view of the fields with vines, olive trees and sunflowers was beautiful. After a hard...

The rooms are quite big and nice. The Villa is 15 minutes by car to Montepulciano which is a really nice city. A must see place. Have the dinner at the Villa and try their wines - excellent. And the personnel are really nice and helpful. We will be back.

If I could have done I would have rated it 4.5. Firstly, the staff are amazing. They all work very hard and with a happy smile. nothing is too much. Yes, they don't speak good English but why should they. Some of them speak Spanish as they are peruvian. We hope the owner appreciates their long hours and diversity of...

We stayed in Villa Grazianella for only 1 night, however it took a lot less to realise we were probably in one of the best places of Tuscany. The countryside sourroundings are just beautiful, endless gentle hills covered in small woods, green fields and wineyards, with few small farm-houses and little villas here and there. The Relais Villa Grazianella offered...
