We stayed at this hotel for five days. Loved every minute of it. The hotel complex is beautiful. We had a nice room with a balcony and a beautiful view of the sea. The service and friendliness of the staff was exceptional. Food was very varied and always plenty of choice and the location was perfect. We definitely recommend this...

We were the only English guests, as we had been moved from Bali resort due to our booked hotel stopping trading. Love setting, nice clean pools. Plenty of activities should you want to join in. Good selection of foods for All Inclusive. Large spacious apartment.. Downside was the Maravel is now French, therefore we struggled as everything was in French!...

My family of four had a really nice and relaxing holiday in this lovely hotel. Let me start with the service. The staff were really helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Our first pleasant surprise was the first morning, when we arrived at 8 a.m. tired from the early waking up and ready to wait till 2 a.m. We were...

This hotel is a very basic 3 star, I would never say it was a 4 star. While it advertises that it is all inclusive, it is somewhat deceiving. Only certain drinks are included, the rest you have to pay for, ice cream is not included. The ice cream however is very cheap and is to die for - I...

The hotel is in a beautiful position with wonderful grounds though somewhat outside Rethymnon. It is billed a s four star but I would not rate in more than three. I had to complain about the bed which was extremely hard, and although they gave me a different room they admitted that all the beds were the same. There was...

when there was no one to greet us on arrival at 11.30pm we feared the worst, but the hotel wasnt bad at all. Our ground floor room had a kitchenette, and was cleaned 6 days out of the 7.There are lots of steps up to reception which is tricky with luggage, especially as to get to the bar and most of...

At the time of booking this holiday for my husband and I the reviews were mixed but not too bad and I tend to try and read between the lines of all reviews as you can't please all the people all the time. As I booked with Greek specialist Olympic holidays I thought we would be ok - that was...

1.) Hotel´s cleaning lady was very polite and did all the work she was supposed to. The rooms were a bit outdated but at least it was clean! 2.) At first we stayed at room 306 but after the first shower our room was flooded and almost got water even under our bed. The hotel staff was polite and changed...

Arrived back from this hotel last night, settled in bed with a coffee to write an extensive review only to find that BirkyEngland had already written it (even down to my sense of humour). We also stayed in room 403 and everything about his review is spot on. Actually you did miss out the fact that every time you took...

The hotel itself was ok, location not great at the end of a tourist strip, no back streets, side streets etc so felt very manufactured. The farthest hotel away from Rethymnon old town which is home to a charming old venetian port, winding and busy shopping lanes and a quaint cafe culture. Pool area nice although a considerable number of...
