My boyfriend and I traveled to Praslin from Moscow/Russia and it was 20 hours of travel with 2 changes. After this tiring road all we wanted to do is see the room and have a good sleep, but the moment we got to the balcony of the hotel – all of the tiredness was gone! We had a lovely spacious... More

When we arrived, the receptionist asked us the copy of our booking reservation because was not as far as he knowed. After a welcome drink, he took us in a large and clean room. For it's price (about 200 euro by night) we had hoped to find 2 towels for each of us and not only one... The air conditioner... More

Unfortunately I spent 5 days in this horrible hotel. The hotel is very, very dirty! The beach in front of the hotel is invaded by sandflies and the sea facing the hotel is full of boats of the stressing beach boys that try to rip you off with the escursions. The staff is totally unfriendly and un professional not even one... More

We ate at this restaurant on 6th April 2015 for an evening meal which was nice although they charge service cost as it is a hotel. My son had the red snapper which was nice, my husband and I had pasta dishes which again, were good but when we came to pay, my credit card was declined so I had... More

Nice hotel and rooms but many issues. We switched room 3 times within the first 24 hours. Room 1 Ocean view: shower caused flooding to come up from under the tiles so they switched us to Room 2 garden view (room phone did not work), when i asked for partial compensation for being in garden view was told this was... This place is run by poor management and horrible service. I made some simple maintenance requests to my room upon check in that were never addressed. The food is average and you can get comparable, if not better from surrounding restaurants. The waitstaff is dreadful. Breakfast never opened on time. In the evenings, the waitstaff sits in the back and... More

We only ate at the restaurant for lunch. The food was average but the location is nice in the shade right on the beach. Service was pretty good and the prices were average for hotels across the Seychelles.

Location is good just on the biggest beach of Praslin. Pay attention to the room you book! Room 14 and 15 are nice and beach view from the second floor and have a big private terrace. Cleaning is poor we found every day a lot of black hairs, towels are broken or unclean and most of the days the forgot... More

We only stayed here the one night due to a mix up with our reservation which had in fact been cancelled. One night was enough! We moved to Le Duc de Praslin and are still here as I write. A lucky escape we think and hence the title of this review. Village de Pecheur was clean and I am afraid... More

I will start with the positives. The location is perfect. It is located within walking distance of restaurants and cafes, and the beach is gorgeous. The restaurant area has a sand floor, which certainly adds to the atmosphere of the experience. Jane, the manager, was very friendly as was the gentleman at the front desk (whose name I am forgetting).... More
