My family and I have been to this hotel twice and it's fantastic, we enjoyed our stays both times and will be returning again hopefully next year! We had 2 studio apartments the first for 2 adults, the second for 2 adults and 1 small child. 5 star service from the wonderful staff all day, every day!

This was booked over 2 years ago but due to covid had to be delayed .Sometimes you get your second impressions dampened when you revisit but not here .George and Stella perform a a star host rating then you can't get in your 5 star hotels and that added personal touch mean we are looking to book again next year .So the review ,rooms basic but all have aircon ,bed to sleep and cooking facilities if you so require .I personally would,not bother as the food is as good as any place you can visit and as all the veg is locally grown and picked that day why go out ? They cook what you like and custom meet your needs so if your a vegan or veggie you'll love it .His greek speciality meals are mouth watering and there is always an ice beer to wash it down with . It's location means you are 15mins from either haraklion or heronissos with the bus stop being right out side and with the beach being 15 walk from the hotel what more do you need . The local shops are 15mins down the road with 2 mini markets for water and essentials so a car isn't really required unless you plan to travel further in land . One final thing ,this is for those who want a relaxing break but still have the option to shop and explore the island .Enjoy …

This was a strategic location for this trip down memory lane. It is near everything we wanted, old Air Force Base, beaches, local mountain, new highway, old highway, and there were lots of taverna options. The owner (Yiorgos) and everyone else at the property were very friendly and welcoming. The room had everything we needed and all our requests (extra pillows, late checkout) were granted making it a very pleasant experience. I heartily recommend it.

We only stayed for a short visit of two nights but had a great stay. George was so hospitable making us a wonderful meal of beef stifado and greek salad and always being on hand to serve drinks. The pool is pretty small but sun beds were comfortable and the whole place felt so relaxing. Apartment was clean and was pretty large, bed was very low to the ground which may be a problem for some. Nice terrace where we could sit out. It is a short stroll to the beach where there were some great restaurants and a bus stop outside where you can get bus to Hersonissos where there are some great sea front bars/restaurants or you can walk up into the hills for the villages which are well worth a visit.

Basic accommedation but 5star service from both Georges made us very welcome and at home .Food was made to our taste and the rooms were always clean when coming back after day out .Places like this are rear with all the 5 star all in hotels around but how many managers are the cook and sit drinking beers watching football with it's guest.The two Georges make the place with happy smiles and good banter I'd recommend this over any of the 5 star no personality hotels .

Having never been to Crete before I read lots of reviews and chose Olga Studios based on location and the reviews on here. I have not let down the reviews are right the manager and all his team make the hotel and stay a holiday to remember for all the right reasons. George the manager is also chef which is different but also very personel and any dietary requirements are met, he changed our greek salad with tomatoes for lettice as we don't like tomatoes, he also made the girls pizza as they didn't like stuffed vegetables. I've given it 4 stars as he requested not to get too good a review as his hotel star rating would go up meaning the cost to us also increases. The hotel is basic as a result but the personel touch you'll never get from 5 stars all-inclusive. How many managers do you know drink with you at the bar watching football? We stayed H/B and were not let down, is there something I would change or did I miss NO. What the Olga offers is basic no-frills accommodation with a personel touch second to none and I'm booking again for next year it was that good.:)…

It is a very nice hotel. Super staff who are always available to ask questions. Clean room and nice small pool. Very affordable meals every evening, not from the menu but very good and delicious. Ideal location, easy to reach Chersonissos, Iraklion (and airport) and the east of the island by bus (busstop is in front of the hotel). This reachability, however has one downside, noise, from the roads around the hotel and the airplanes that fly to the Iraklion airport. The owner does everything he can to prevent noise in the rooms and it functions perfectly if you ask me. Fridge, two cooking pits and air-conditioning are standard in the room. The pool is ideal to cool down but is not big enough to swim laps. Concluding, this is the perfect hotel if you don't mind a little bit of sound.…

A pool,a big room with kitchenette, breakfast included, 6 minute walk to beach,10 to huge supermarket. Family friendly, lots of kids.Bar by pool and snacks available. Bargain price. At bus stop 7,so really easy to find.Disadvantage is of course the aircraft noise and traffic noise as it is right on the old highway. Also you can't get breakfast before 9.am .

These apartments were chosen on reviews and recommendations. I can say that I was not disappointed at all. Everything everyone said and more, we couldn't have asked for more. Thankyou all at the Olga for the best holiday ever. They couldn't do enough for us and went the extra mile above and beyond. Perfect hosts excellent food lovely pool and pool bar Everything was kept spotless and clean. A special thankyou to GIORGOS ... from the heart ... like the brother I never had, you are a diamond. Never forget. The big hearts beat strong.... keep doing what your doing, all our best and love to your family. And not forgetting George at the bar. Always a smile and fun for everyone.
