Look I know the old adage you get what you pay for and its true. At first when I booked the so called promo suite I did ask at the time of booking which out of that or the standard family room was nicer and was told all their rooms are nice. Reality was the promo room looked like a...

Love this place, always created warmly by all the family. Maria is a gem lovely girl and worked really hard, I have never know her rude maybe when she jokes it might come over wrong but she really is all heart. The rooms are basic however compared to some in greece first class, memory foam beds showers have either glass...

I booked direct with the hotel by e-mails. They offered me a deluxe room including breakfast at a very reasonable price. We had a top floor room with huge balcony and free aircon. We had a couple of small problems which were sorted out immediately and with smiles and apologies. The onsite bar/taverna was excellent, run by the livewire Niko....

Stayed here the first two weeks in August and had a lovely holiday. I have to disagree with other comments about Maria who we found to be helpful and friendly at all times. Nikos in the pool bar was always on the go and happy and full of fun at all times. Room was cleaned every other day and towels...

Amazing clean & modern hotel located towards the upper end of the Alykanas main road. The bed was a memory foam type bed & was the most comfiest bed I have ever slept in at a hotel. The bathroom had a good solid shower screen & the tiles appeared new. Room has air conditioning (7 euros per night charge). Pool...

I went with my family to Plessas Palace Hotel for the fist time, and had 2 rooms. 1 room was better than the other, but for a 3 star hotel both were good. We found everything clean and tidy, and the air-conditioning worked perfectly, which we needed being so hot outside. Breakfast was basic but very sufficient and always plenty....

My family and I stayed here for two weeks in August. The rooms here were always clean, the beds comfortable and we had gorgeous views, however, Niko who works on the bar was always trying to short change myself and my partner. He charged me 9 euros for 2 large orange juices when they were priced at 3 euro 60...

Spent 10 days here end July beginning August, group of six. Rooms okay, beds comfy, bathroom adequate, crockery poor, no microwave, view of the mountain in one of the rooms brilliant, no wi fi in room for teenagers (poor), Niko was the friendliest, food at Nikos not great, busy around pool having to put towels out early. Apart from that...

Surrounding area very good, plenty of places to eat down the road, and plenty of bars. Trips are easy to book as there are lots of places to go, where you can compare the prices. The hotel itself is what you'd expect for a self catering Greek holiday, very basic. Rooms were always cleaned every 2 days, and fresh towels...
