After a terrible experience with the hotel Molyvos we happened upon Machi's Guests House. Machi was so welcoming and kind and the rooms were incredibly clean, the air conditioning cool, flyscreens for evening breezes and we really enjoyed our balcony inviting us for relaxing pre-dinner cocktails. Great rooms right in the center of Molyvos. It’s only a short walk to Mini markets, a bakery, many restaurants and the castle. Awesome view from the balcony/rooftop and very friendly owner. Free greek coffee and tea in the rooms. I can fully recommend to stay at Machis!

Stayed at Machi's guest house for the first time, but have been going to Molyvos for 12 years, wish we had known about it before. Good, clean, typical studio rooms, the top room has an outstanding view. But what made it so special was the lovely lady owner. Would and will stay there again.

I absolutely loved my 3-day stay at Mrs. Machi's rooms. I arrived very early, but she was kind and extremely accommodating. I received a room that seemed to me enormous for the price, and the kitchenette was equipped with burners, a kettle, and even salt and sugar so I didn't have to buy anything but the basic food. The room is very comfortable with large windows and a ceiling fan. The other guests were all quiet and respectful. A bakery and several grocers are a stone's throw away, and the sea is visible. There's lots to do in the area. PERFECT.

I'm here for the third time; first time was in 2008, the second in 2013 (both for holidays) and now I'm here again like volunteer (refugee crisis). The room is very clean and spacious, well equipped with air conditioner, small kitchenette, balcony, fridge, bathroom etc. Very good wifi. Good location, at few minutes from bars, restaurants and harbour and at 1 min from bakery. Owners friendly and helpful. Good price

A great place to stay . Mrs Machi is a delicious lady and héros husband was very helfull to find us a parking place. The room with fridge and cooker was simple with a nice terrasse . So go there its worth it.

We stayed 3 night and we chose the top floor room, with a mervellouse private terrace, with great view on the see and the Village. The room is equipped with all the necessary and more. Suggested for whom are looking for a true Molyvos experiece!

We stayed there for two days, and I have to say that it could be a great guest house if it didn't lack one very important thing. Let's start from the positives first. It is a great building built in the traditional local architecture, with a lovely front yard, plenty of plants and in a great location in the middle of Molyvos. It is a five minutes walk to the port, the cafes and the bars and only two steps away from the local market. The rooms are not very spacious but are clean, and are equipped with a mini fridge, tv, and pretty much everything you need to make a quick meal. The price is great as well. Now let's go to the most important thing that will prevent me from staying there again. It doesn't have an air condition. It is impossible to sleep in a room without an air condition in Greece in the summer. The heat was unbelievable the time we were there and we didn't sleep at all both nights we stayed there. It had a ceiling and a normal fan but they just couldn't cope with the heat. If they install an air condition, I would definitely consider staying there again. To sum up, it would be great for vacations in June or September, and for anyone who loves scorching temperatures.…

The rooms were clean, miss machi was kind and helpful. There is not an air condition in the room me and my gf are staying so it was hot all day. Except that i love the no crowded and no noisy location and the average view you have of molyvos

I stayed one night and it was very good value for money. It is a picturesque location in the old country but are tall and if you are older persons or you have heavy things Will struggle to climb Α ΒΙΤ. The room was very good, especially for that price, no something special on decorative but very complete and sophisticated. The owners very friendly and interesting and was shame that we could not stay longer than one night. The room was very good equipment, was all that you can need, impeccable cleanliness and a large balcony. (was not overlooking something special and had plastic furniture but very nice). Very Good wi fi signal. At this price, i can't find something better in the Island.
