We visited for three nights and my son and his girlfriend joined us for two nights. We enjoyed our stay as far as the hotel was concerned, the room was comfortable and had everything you could want, except for some decent size glasses maybe? We just got some from the bar though so no issue. Fridge is a bonus. We...

The staff are very friendly and welcoming, always pleased to help make your stay enjoyable. Dog friendly rooms are on the ground floor. The accommodation is very comfortable and modern in style more like a boutique hotel than a country inn. The rate includes breakfast which will set you up for a walk on a nearby beach in this area...

Tucked away in a small village, this family-run hotel & pub make for a great getaway in stunning countryside. We stayed here for 3 nights mid-week and had a great time. We had a superior room, huge bed, underfloor heating, safe, fridge and a lovely view. A really nice touch was a small bottle of fresh milk every day, rather...

Second visit here, again to watch the rugby and chill out with friends. It's three years since our last visit and it didn't disappoint. The welcome at the accommodation to the friendliness of all the staff is great. A real good mix of people and the best behaved dogs I have ever met,. Food is great with lots of choice....

The service was really good. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. We chose to come here as it was highly rated and dog friendly. We didn't really rate the food though. I had the ribs which I did not like. My partner's steak was average he said. I think it's fine for a bowl of chips after a walk...

We stayed here for one night in a flying visit - although we'd been to the pub before. The service when checking in was excellent, very friendly - and was asked if I wanted to book a room for dinner, which was very handy! Checked into room ok - it was dog friendly ok but a little bit clinical -...

A fantastic place to stay within easy reach of the beech. The rooms are spacious, warm with the added bonus of being dog friendly. The pub does excellent food, their own real ales and is reasonably priced. All the staff were very friendly and were very happy to help. A return visit is in order..

I booked 3 nights for my husbands 50th birthday and we had a wonderful time despite the drizzle! We had an upstairs Superior room with a view of the sea which had a very comfy Kingsize bed and was warm and cosy, very clean and had smart decor too. Reception staff very friendly and nothing was too much trouble even...

I booked our break through secret Escapes but it is worth contacting the hotel as they do great deals anyway. We took our 3 terriers and were given a spacious ground floor room which was really lovely. The room was spacious and clean with a lovely bathroom and comfy bed. Breakfast was good quality and the bar meals (we ate...
