On the 15th of January 2019 at about 10:58pm i visited Benny hotel with the intention of seeing my boyfriend who was expecting me and was to leave for Germany the next day. i met a young man at the reception i told him i was going to ROOM 201 to see xxxx he said there was nobody like that so i mentioned his other name then he said we have two of that name on our system and the guest in that room is not around. meanwhile as that was going on i was calling him on the phone unfortunately for me he was sleeping, i finally saw a lady who i usually see in the reception i asked if she recognized me she denied so i told her that i'm here to see xxx room 201 she said i should call him i told her that i was doing that already did that i needed her to call his room went as far showing his picture to her she refused. its was so late i couldn't drive back home i had to get a room, 10mins after he woke up saw my messages came down and when i confronted them the bluntly ignored me. i have never been that humiliated the next day was going to leave for work was already running late the front desk lady asked the security not to open the gate. cut long story shout i had a terrible experience with the front desk lady and guy. this is just one of many experiences i have had with the staff of Benny hotel

The hotel was good, very clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly, and glad to help sort out any problems. Great atmosphere, and good local evening entertainment most nights. The pool and gymnasium was an added bonus, an the food was great.

Stayed at Benny hotels in festac for 3 nights during the Easter period..these are the facts..nice property but need serious upgrade.the best part of this hotel is the staff who were ever ready to attend to you while putting a smile on their face.. Kudos to ladies at front desk..the pool area especially around the Easter period was very festive and fun..my advise to the management is to spend some money to upgrade this hotel so that it doesn't deteriorate beyond its present state..the mattresses in the rooms has to be upgraded, it's way too hard, that was disappointing .
