A good hotel with a large territory and a clean beach. Vacationing here in October 2011. In that year we spent updating rooms. The hotel and its rooms are all clean. The food is excellent, there was always a variety of meat and seafood and shrimp rapanov fed is always a lot of fruit. "Passport" "Chivas Regal" has always been...

The hotel is more like a holiday village with many bungalows. Big green territory, 2 swimming pools, several bars, 5 a la carte restaurants. Rooms are not of the big size, just enough space for one extra bed. Rooms are Ok, just in need for some renovation - in our room the kettle did not work and some lights were...

We were 4 adults and 2 kids. Hotel was full of rude, unkind russians. I learned that this hotel is one of the favorites of russian tourists. Almost everything was in russian language. Normally I don't have any problem with russian people but that kind was different. They don't respect you, they eat too much, they drink too much, they...

We were at Marco Polo for 10 days in October. It was wonderful. Only drawback for us was that we were pretty far from the airport, so expect a long ride to and from Marco Polo. We had warm days and cool nights. The sea was still warm. Our children (11 and 12) loved the pool and slides. They met...

I am from Turkey and had hard times with the staff. Some bartenders gave me pineapple juice instead if water when I ask in Turkish or English. Communication may be a problem if you don't speak Russian. And also food is terrible compared to other 5 stars in Antalya. Ingredients used in cooking are worst quality to minimize costs and...

Bad bad service -you have to fight for everything, poor room comfort, like you are staying in a motel. We arrived very late in the night (after 2 am as our flight was over 4 hours delayed!) and were waiting over an hour on the reception for a room - and there were only 3 families waiting with us!! never...

Hotel consists of mostly Russian guests, no English speaking staff at all. Sun beds not possible to get after 9:00 am, all reserved, old Soviet practice (( Restaurants: central one is OK but have to watch clean tableware, the rest are average and below average. Public toilets are dirty and filthy. Have to be careful about choosing your room, advice...

Hotel is nice and clean and rooms are decorated nicely. Food is good and there was a fantastic bread section! Beach and pool is nice BUT the biggest let down of the hotel is it's not aimed at the English or even Turkish for that matter! (My husbands Turkish) very disappointing :-( If we were told this before booking we...
