It was a good experience. But one room allotted was quite suffocating as it was not opened in past.. otherwise things were comfortable . All staff members quite sincere and quite cooperative...Resort fully maintained and beautiful. Things managed properly.Services provided excellent.

The property is really nice with a view of snow capped mountains. The staff is very welcoming, especially Mr Jhave Ram Banty, who ensured that the room always gave us a homely vibe. Food could have been better.

Awesome. Had been there for 2 nights with family and how energising the experience was.. We were soo much amused and the Kids as well, They do have nice rooms,clean areas and above all the staff all over is so much courteous. Want to mention Mr. Raghuveer Bhatt,the activity manager. He was so much prompt and have a eye for detail. Whatever,be it the magic show or evening karaoke or dj,he was there always and is a gem of a person. He gels up with everyone in no time specially with kids. Will visit soon again. Thank you for the hospitality.

Club Mahindra Manali is located on a hillside, in Prini. A small resort with a garden full of lovely flowers when we visited in May. From our room we could see snowcapped mountains. The location is about 15 minutes drive from the Mall Road. The three of us - my husband, son and me stayed in a studio apartment which was very comfortable. We did take the fun dining package for dinner and breakfast and it worked out very well, they had Himachali theme followed by a Punjabi theme. The food was very good. Chef Ritu took great care to ensure my son who has many allergies, could eat well. Service in the Dining room as well as room service was good as well as prompt. The resort also has a shop where you can buy Himachal shawls and fabrics. I love the fact that we didn’t need to have bottled water as the resort provides drinking water in large flasks. The Travel Desk arranged, on request, a car for us to visit the mall and go around Manali. Like all Club Mahindra resorts, there were indoor games and my son and husband spent many enjoyable hours playing table tennis and pool. The three nights we spent here went by really fast. Note: This resort would be challenging for those with mobility issues as it is built across several levels. Starting with the stairs at the entrance. The River Beas is not nearby nor are there shops or eating joints in easy walking distance.…

The view from the Mahindra Manali was very beautiful. Staff was very friendly. We were welcomed with smiling face and welcome drink even though we checked in at 2.00 am. Food quality, however needs some improvement. Morning tea was not upto mark.
