V recently stayed for 15 days at wWhitestone resort and had wonderful stay thanks to Mr. Ajaykumar who take care of us like family and all the staff Omprakash, Dharam, Shushil and others who took care and serve food with smiling face. Chef Pawankumar made delicious food. Rooms were comfortable and with great snow mountain views. House keeping is upto the good standard and staff shruti took care of everything what was needed. Evening entertainment with a great singer. Great location. V highly recommend.

It’s not worth of the amount which they charge for the room.The food quality is very poor, staff is not professional, it’s not the 4 star , the desi style hotel it is.They should keep some good chefs, they should add sone professional people to their team.

I stayed here for a night. It's a peaceful location, away from the hustle and bustle of main Manali. Gorgeous scenery all around and easy to locate. The hotel has opened recently look like a new and everything is good and in great condition. The food was good too. One small suggestions please work on AC my whole stay my room ac is not working. Overall great experience

A family vacation to Manali for 3N 4D we stayed at this hotel. We had 3 glacier rooms with breakfast and dinner included. The overall experience at the hotel was as expected. The staff was courteous and had quick turnaround of the requests made by guests. The view from the balcony was the best part & food of course was up to the mark. The children's play area & live music was a surprise element. The garden area and the lobby area was the most attractive. Very well maintained property. Reason for deduction of 1 star from my review is that the AC in our room was not working reporting which we were provided a pedestrian fan and we thought meanwhile it would be fixed. However on again reporting same issue, another pedestrian fan was provided and we were informed AC can't be fixed soon. We were not disappointed much as it was cold and pedestrian fan was enough.…
