It was my first family visit to De Vivendi Resort, Manali, though in the past I had stayed there on official trip with people from different regions. But this time, especially after the unprecedented global predicament everywhere, I- alongwith my family consisting of aged mother, wife and young girls wanted to go to a place- away from madding crowd but having homely warmth beside having lots of greenery. Lots of apprehensions were there, till we reach there. Getting traditional welcome with tikka and garland by the Managing Director himself was beyond words . Beside taking care of aged mother by arranging the cottage with her room at ground floor speaks about personalized touch. Though it was Dusshera weekend yet the combination of Professionalism with personalized touch was very much visible- making all of us feel comfortable. Cosy rooms with all the basic amenities!!!!!!!. I personally feel rooms and facilities of all hotels are more or less same- It is the staff's behaviour which matters a lot and which makes a difference........ Right from front office to restaurant to housekeeping- the staff members showed their eagerness to help you and satisfy your queries... Warm Welcome by Mr Talwar personally on the first day followed by timely day to day service with smiling faces by F&B staff under the leadership of Mr. Rakesh beside making the rooms neat and tidy by housekeeping staff under the guidance of Mr. Dharam Singh, to your needs is really commendable. Even the travel disk was managed effectively to arrange cab for the outings, even at eleventh hour….. As far as food is concerned, it was sumptuous, taking care of taste buds- right from Kids to Adults to aged persons……. from muglai to chinese to south Indian to continental….. Kudos !!!!!! Our all family members really enjoyed the three days spent at the resort…. Sitting in the Gazebos covered with flowers or in the sprawling lush green lawns- enjoying tea or snacks with fresh breeze…… In the late evening, sitting around bonfire…… What else, a person needs in the present time!!!!!! My both young girls were thrilled to enjoy the music at the Discotheque of the resort….How the three days vanished….”Pata hi nahin chala” Infact I felt that all this could happen due to energetic and efficient leadership of Mr. Balwant, Resort Manager- who was omnipresent to hear and assist you. To me, the resort gives you a HOMELY TOUCH- PERSONALISED TOUCH towards real Professionalism - with all present day needs available under one roof plus its location makes it worth to be visited again n again......... Keep it up........…

We stayed 3 nights in this resort. The hospitality was superb, rooms are spacious and clean, a good place to relax in the evening in the lawns after sightseeing, food was excellent, Mountain view was beautiful and arranging vehicle for Rohtang pass. Thanks to the team for making our stay memorable. Will definitely prefer Pride de Vivendi Resorts located in other places during future visits.
We had a romantic getaway to Manali & this resort was perfect for it. The view from our room was of snowcapped mountains on one side and on the other it was beautiful garden. What else could we have asked for. The room was spacious and had basic amenities like kettle, geyser, heater & other basic necessities. The staff was very polite, helpful and prompt in providing services. We had opted for breakfast and dinner as well in our package. The breakfast & dinner buffet had a great variety and was different every day & night during our 4 days stay in the hotel. They gave us a very warm welcome and gave us complimentary drinks when we reached the hotel. I had my first wedding anniversary during my stay over there and the arrangements done were spectacular. We had a candle light dinner that day as well. I would highly recommend this hotel for stay to everyone who is planning to travel to Manali. You will not regret it at all.…
We had a 3 night stay to enjoy and explore Manali. The hotel was very clean throughout, and our room was spacious , well equipped &we were very satisfied with every aspect of the hotel. Breakfast was substantial, absolutely outstanding hotel perfectly located. Good hospitality beyond expectation, Helpful and friendly staff who go above and beyond to make sure you have the best time. It was my 1st Anniversary during our stay, which we had not mentioned, but they obviously saw that at the check in. It was a lovely suprise when they arranged candle light dinner! We will definetely come back with friends and I would highly recommend this hotel.
The hotel is located with some cafes & shops on along the the road within walking distance. All rooms are spacious with balcony. Hotel does not provide portable heaters during cold weather (we were in March), but can be rented from reception. I feel all rooms should be provided with complimentary portable heaters during cold weather. Friendly service at reception and at restaurants was attentive and helpful. Views from windows in bedroom or balcony are amazing.
Hotel was very good and excellent staff and servicing. Food quality also very good, check in and out timing also flexible, outside views Garden, hotel location actually near main road and Local help provided by hotel staff is best.

De Vivendi is little bit far from main market area. But location of resort is superb. Rooms are with best valley view and cleanliness in entire property is very good. Service side also management is perfect. Food quality and test is best.
