Everything about this hotel is perfect ! My family had a wonderful time and we really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful hotel. The food was wonderful. You walk by the river side surrounded by snow capped mountains and tons of greenery and is a great experience. The manager & staff would not leave any stone unturned to bring a smile to the guests. Fabulous. On the whole, a highly recommended place to be, if you are planning to stay in Manali.

Manager keeps in touch till you checkin and for address details and various details regarding stay breakfast and dinner.
Including Hotel staff are very helpful

Rooms have gallery and a mountain view, which is the best part for the whole day.
Do visit this hotel from your daily busy and metro city schedule.

They do provide heaters for rooms to bear with the heat. Stay is good.
Cold weather yet provides hot water 24hrs.

Bestest part of prini palace is their staff, clean rooms ,hygiene bathrooms and best view from rooms, we all could ask for when on vacation guys. Hotel is superb. Food, service and rooms are excellent. Reaching the hotel location is a bit challenging but it's ok to put that effort for their rooms, service and food. We had a pleasant stay for a period of 2 days.

Hi - I know what you are trying to get at. My review is based on the priorities that I look for on outstation trips - such as customer service, friendly atmosphere, security for my family and comfortable environment. WiFi availability or modern day trappings do not fall into my scheme of things.
