One place which I can't forget. Right from one day before we were to check in, the manager called us and guided us on everything we wanted. The best thing was when we were served hot water when we arrived.. In no other hotel, including club mahindra, we were not offered hot water. Makes a big difference in the experience. Further the rooms were big and good, had heaters and the staff took care that even small door openings, that could lead to cold air flowing in were packed so that we have a pleasant stay. Food too was prepared good and as per our choice. Breakfast too was served hot and as per the climate. We had a great experience at A Star Manali... Rather when we checked in from club mahindra on day 2, we came back for breakfast at A Star... Such was their hospitality. A special mention of 2 gentleman, 1. The manager, Mr. Krishan Thakur and 2. Mr. Jagdish who were at our service at all times. Rather, we were glad that it was Mr. Thakur who informed us that it shall be snowing heavily on 6th Jan, and we were lucky enough to leave on 6th morning and it snowed heavily in afternoon onwards. Thanks Team A Star... Ur a true star indeed…
I stayed at A star regency during chirstmas and they made my stay the best that i have ever experienced in manali. The staff was very helpful and mr krishan at front desk made sure that we were made comfortable and we njoyed our vacation. The food was amazing and delicious and was value for money. Will definitely stay here for my next visit
my stay in this hotel was in A star regency when i had been to manali during the month of june this year.it was my holiday trip with my husband.destination was excellent.we liked the solang valley.i would rate the location as good.the appearance of the hotel was good.very nice and highly recommended.
This hotel is little away from main city but have nice view from balcony and the room itself. Room is big staffs are cooperative . Food was ok. As occupancy was less so my food was served in my room. Evening I was sitting in the balcony and was enjoying lights in the city.
our stay was three nights in September, we had two rooms with wonderful view of the snow capped third ring of the Himalayan mountain range. we all had a panoramic view of the valley below . the rooms were clean, and so was the toilet. the wi-fi worked very well, and i was able to stream the view to my family. The rooms were large and spacious. the staff were ever willing to help, and oblige. the food was good and environment of the restaurant pleasant. the beds large and comfortable. tea/coffee was served in flasks and tasted excellent. I would recommend this hotel to my fellow travelers. Even though the drive from Chandigarh was about 10 hours.
I stayed there on 22nd June to 23rd with my family and it was very nice experience... Spacious room n valley facing galleries.. staff is very co operative... Food was nice.. 24 hours hot water... Paisa wasool...!!!
travel with family (Father, Mather, Sisters, Wife), we took 3 rooms.View Point was better. very far from main city. Staff was bad. Hotel Manager was very bad. He doesn't know how to talk with guest, very bad behave. Menu was poor, really disappointed the behaviour of that manager of the hotel.. Shocking.. Suggest not to go this hotel. There are lots of better view hotels are there in Manali. Please don't go..
We were there in this place from 5th of April 2017 to 10th April 2017 . The Hotel is naturally blessed with good views from any angle of rooms with good Ambiance, friendly and polite staff, good Jain food I was satisfied with what they gave and were striving hard to give their best in hospitality and food. Mr. Krishan Thakur I can say One man Army GM of the Hotel, he understands what we need and reads our mind properly and has a skill to make one handed all his work done in place before we approach him but I observed one thing, in his absence the staff and management get mismanaged and we can't get the same service in his absence. I experienced it at last day he had to go for some work he was not there, in his absence there was a person in his place we had almost same menu in dinner, one of the sabji came when we had almost finished our dinner and the breakfast dish was spoil and was carelessly handled. the person in his place was not customer friendly and used to lay only his terms and conditions and didn't take any approach to look after the management and customer tuning. I suggest the management to increase the variety of food and to keep a good and capable substitute head like Mr. krishan Thakur in his absence.…
Its been very pleasent stay here and very co oprative staff very friendly just a bit long the location is from main market but very good hotel its awsome. But extra charge for heater is too much. Give some reasonable.
