I'm a bit late reviewing but I visited this hotel last July, it was a last minute booking and was just me and my two children (aged 6 and 3). To say this hotel is just 3 star, it certainly didn't give me that impression! The food was lovely, hotel itself was spotless, the housekeeping staff came everyday and left our room sparkling! The balcony on our room was huge, room for multiple sun loungers and a table and chairs! My two children loved the mini club and the evening kids disco / entertainment. Fantastic views and direct access to the beach. Overall we had a fantastic holiday and will definitely return next time we decide to holiday in Ibiza!
There is only one word to describe this hotel complex Perfect we returned on the 28th of September after an amazing 4 night break, stayed in one of the superior sea view rooms , Morden, clean with a huge balcony with amazing views with table and chairs on and 2 sun loungers. Food was some of the best AI food we have eaten and even my wife who is fussy ate every day at the hotel. Drinks were good and could get served with a proper glass unless you want to take it round the pools which is understandable. Every member of staff were happy, friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make sure you enjoyed your holiday. Even though we had rain for 2days this didn't spoil our holiday. ALREADY PLANNING OUR NEXT VISIT
Great staff and great experience. Food was really good, we upgraded our room as was a tad to small but it wasnt any bother and the haggling worked in our favour lol. Entertainment team are bonkers but some fantastic performances , coulnt fault it
We have just returned from our first visit to Invisa Hotel Club Cala Verde and I can honestly say it was just perfect. We are a family of 4 with children aged 5 & 7. Firstly the views are absolutely breathtaking!! We arrived at night so couldn’t see the view form our balcony until the morning when we were greeted with the most beautiful view. Also as we arrived late after dinner they gave us each and little picnic bag which I thought was a really nice touch. The staff are the friendliest we’ve ever come across staying at hotels, always happy and cheerful, helpful and fun! Such hard working people, the restaurant staff are non stop and the entertainment team are so lovely. Our room was cleaned every day by the hard working cleaners which was so nice. Food was really nice, my boys are super fussy but still managed to find something for them every meal time. Mexican night was our favourite 🤤 The whole hotel is so clean, again the staff are such hard working at keeping it spotless. The beach is Beautiful and just a 5 minute walk. My boys loves pirate island which again is a few minutes walk from the hotel, based inbetween the two hotels and opened 11-6pm. We took a taxi to the hippy market one evening which cost us €10 each way. It was nice but very hot and my youngest got a bit restless and tired so we didn’t stay for long. The hotel is a small walk to a little spar and another shop that sells beach wear, clothes, magnets, bracelets etc but is otherwise in a quiet area which worked well for us. Would highly recommend this hotel and can’t believe it’s only a 3 star ⭐️…
We have just returned from a weeks holiday with Jet2 to Cala Verde. We travelled as a family of 6 with 2 children. Honestly this hotel is wonderful. When we arrived we were greeted at reception with friendly smiles, the restaurant was just about to close but they kept it open for us so we could eat once we arrived. (I saw on another night the restaurant had closed by the time some people were checking in and they provided picnic bags for a family being checked in I thought this was just a great touch). We received an upgraded room, which was such a lovely surprise. The rooms were clean spacious and perfect for us. There are many steps at the hotel, however even with our buggy we didn’t find this unmanageable. Being able to use the facilities across both hotels is wonderful. And the pirate pool was a huge hit with my little boy! The beach is about a 20/25 minute walk from the hotel, if walking the ‘long way’ rather than going down the steps from the hotel. There is a shop close to the beach. We didn’t need to leave the resort for anything and we were in a very quiet area if Ibiza which suited us perfectly. The staff were all wonderful, working hard, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The entertainment team worked tirelessly from morning to night, providing many laughs and great shows. Thank you Cala Verde for providing us with a wonderful family holiday. We hope to return again.…
We stayed as a family of 4 (children 7 and 10) and booked a Premium room which had a lovely balcony with a partial sea view. The room was spacious, clean and cleaned really well. Our whole stay was perfect from beginning to end. The hotel is beautiful, the food is varied and really tasty. The hotel is near to the clean and beautiful beach. But what actually makes this hotel is the staff. From the lovely lady who checked us in, to the restaurant staff, entertainment and cleaners, everyone is super friendly and really made our holiday one of our best. Our flight got cancelled and we had to stay an extra night, Dani and Martina on reception were fabulous and sorted us an extra night which helped our stress levels a lot!! As the hotel is built on a cliff there are a lot of stairs and slopes so would request a lower room if needed. The pools were great for the children and the pirate ship was perfect (about a 5 min walk away) You are also able to use facilities at the sister hotel Blanca which is within walking distance. There are very few shops around, but we wanted a quiet family place and got that. Overall, we adore this place and are already planning our next visit. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel and we can’t wait to come back! Thank you for an amazing holiday!…
The hotel was clean, staff were friendly, food was varied and good. Facilities were plentiful and the animation team work very hard. Only negative is this hotel has a lot of steps and is a step hill to and from the beach so would not be very wheelchair friendly or accessible for people unable to manage lots of steps.
We ended up here through jet 2,as our original hotel went down with a bug,and how lucky we got,we knew we made the right choice by the warm greeting we received upon arrival from the reception team ,the hotel was spotless, the views from the pool breathtaking, the entertainment team had nothing but pure enthusiasm and talent to go along with it,the food was fantastic and having the snack bar aswell downstairs was a welcome surprise The fact that you can use both hotels bars, pools etc felt like you were also getting out for something different, and with a indoor pool also was a welcome treat especially as the temp was almost 34 each day ,not many shops but they had everything that you needed for the holiday with my son even managing to get a UD Ibiza shirt . The beach was a short walk and to get to swim with the fish was pretty lovely Rooms were well-maintained and cleaned every day with fresh towels and linen ,and every room seems to have a decent view . The bar in the hotel was even showing premier league matches, which was great as you could get a cold glass of estrella ,and the evening entertainment was awesome Overall a wonderful family holiday made even better by all the staff at the hotel a real credit to there workplace ,with enough to do all be it far out Would love to get back one day.…
We booked with Hays travel as a group 6 adults and our 2 grandchildren for 10 days the Hotel was spotlessly clean we all had sea views the rooms were spacious and clean and all had balcony’s the food was excellent and the main dining area again spotless it was a nice touch the Manager greeted us all as you walked in he was so friendly and made you feel welcome there was also a barbecue area where you can get burger’s, steak’s and chips every day the staff were very friendly and helpful the entertainment was good, we all enjoyed the pools the grandchildren loved the splash zone and the children’s pool watched by a lifeguard which was reassuring the animation team worked so hard with pool aerobic’s,archery shooting and lots of other activities we enjoyed the freedom of walking down to the hotel Cala Blanca and having a drink on their veranda over looking the sea. The position of the Hotel was right by the beach and we also got a taxi into a little local town and we got a boat from the jetty on the beach into Ibiza town. When we depart the Manager came out and said goodbye. This is our third visit and second for the grandchildren I would definitely recommend this hotel it never disappoints.…
Excellent hotel in a quiet area. There are plenty of activities, games, water polo, archery, billiards, table tennis, aqua aerobics to do. Multiple pools, 5 min walk to beach. Splash park is great for younger kids, looks better than pictures. Sea view in Las Dalias block was beautiful. Staff were lovely, entertainment staff are amazing and create a great vibe to the resort. The beach is beautiful, wasn't too busy at all. Views from cala verde room and pool are are spectacular. Food was very good with variety everyday. For anyone with mobility issues there are a lot of steps to some rooms and the paths down to the beach are steep. I would stay here again.
