Very well managed airport. The staff were super friendly and went above and beyond to help me out such as helping me check my flight details, providing information and assistance when required. I had a great time in the pool area. It has a fantastic atmosphere and vibe with great music and menu options. This is a must do if you have the time and is the perfect way to rest and recover for the next flight. I would like to give a name mention to some of the staff there who were super friendly and enthusiastic. Their names are Lan, Lani, Nadiah and Peter. Had a great time and would love to come again.

If you are using Changi airport as a hub and have long transit stay, book into this hotel but book in advance of your arrival. Otherwise you will be herded like cows and barked at along the way to a hold gate with uncomfortable seats (fit for a few hours but no more) its not a pleasant experience at all. If you have this hotel booked in advance you will be given a buggy ride right to the door step. The Hotel is great all the necessary amenities to freshen up and get a good rest. Nice bed and soft clean linen. Very quiet too. Far better than being stuck with the herd over watched by the covid gestapo.

The concept of paying for the number of hours you sleep in a hotel room was a new one for me. It works well though. And included in the price for this hotel was a swim in a rooftop, heated, outdoor swimming pool, which was a great way to spend some time between flights. Bed was very clean, modern and comfortable. I slept very well. I would certainly use this hotel again if I had a long stopover in Singapore. Only slight downside was that breakfast food was limited to a rather greasy(albeit freshly prepared)fried breakfast.
