I stayed one night here, the room was good, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Also visited with a friend for two meals. The food was good and the staff were very helpful and pleasant. Would certainly visit again.

Dropped into the Plough while staying in a local holiday cottage... Happy to let the dog in the bar, where we could also sit and eat... Meal was really very good, honest food and Yorkshire portions (none of us finished 😃). Great value for money... Staff were very friendly and the locals made us feel most welcome... Well worth a...

The frontage of the pub was straight onto the car park however once inside there were two sides to the bar which were traditional and cosy and a lovely bright and airy dining area at the rear. Dogs were allowed in one side of the pub. There was good range of food on offer and extras on the specials board....

Stayed here with friends for two nights. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Nice, big shower. Tea and coffee making facility. If I had to be picky I'd say get black out curtains for bedroom and make bathroom window opaque so you don't have to shut blind to use loo! Otherwise perfect. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner at pub, dear...

Great little pub for a family meal. Didn't book just called in. Two adults, a teenager and a 10 year old. Not a vast menu and the children's menu was the same just smaller portions. Well presented and very tasty. Great value.

During our 4 night stay in Sleights we chose to eat here on 2 evenings. The portions were huge, probably too big really. But the food itself was very good. We had just a main course on both nights & that was certainly plenty. Very good Lasagne, Gammon, & Chicken breast were our selections. The gammon was offered with pineapple...

We decided to try this pub as it sounded like a typical country pub. What a fantastic place to stay. We were met at the door and taken to a very comfortable room with everything you would want including a view from the window. The evening meal was delicious and well priced the breakfast was fantastic. The service and friendliness...

Stayed in Sleights for a week and walked to The Plough. Smallish pub with a bar on the left as you enter and lounge on the right. We went into the lounge and ordered food. We were told we could eat in lounge or go through to the dining room. We went into the dining room where another couple were...
