The hotel is average, the pool outside the back is nice but doesn't look like its cleaned that often and the whole place looks nothing of the paradise photos you see on booking.com etc! Staff were very nice and when out air conditioning leaked they fixed straight away. Lamai beach is terrible! A lot of older people in this place,...

The location of this place is fantastic. Its at the quiet southern end of lamai beach. Which means less crowds, its basically only resort guests that hang out here. The gardens in the resort are beautiful & the restaurant is ok. The staff are lovely & your room is cleaned daily where they will also change your bath & beach...

We spent a week here towards the end of our trip. The first few days were spent in a fan room, which was a little too warm in the nighttime, so we upgraded to an air-con room, which was much better. The resort provides a swimming pool, sun loungers and a good restaurant. The room had a television, fridge and...

Friendly and helpful staff, good location with a pool right next to the beach. Also, we got a free upgrade because we were getting married. The cheaper rooms have the Thai 'shoilet', but the more expensive ones have separate shower and toilet. You get what you pay for.

Nothing special here. Rooms are ok, dirty sheets, power went out our first night. Staff are not attentive and are very young. It is on the very south end of the beach so there is nothing close. No breakfast included. Restaurant food is good. I would keep looking for another hotel. Also Lamai beach is filthy, we are moving to...

I stayed in one of the less expensive rooms, and it was nothing special. Rather small, very hard bed, no chair in the room. This is a tropical area, so there are mosquitoes and ants, but that is just the nature of the environment, no reflection on the hotel. The staff was all super friendly, and they all spoke pretty...

Good solid standard of Thai service, friendliness, hospitality and cleanliness. Every budget can stay here and enjoy the services. Pool next to the beach - the best we have seen on Lamai strip. The staff help where ever they can and the food is top notch. Come here - you won't regret it.

We spent 3 nights There , with the swimming pool and bar on the beach in a cheap bungalow. Considering the cheap price we payed there , the room was perfect , even with the cold water and the smell in the bathroom , the room was clean and close to the beach and even to the shopping street (around...

Very near to lamai beach. From our room beach is just 1 minute walk. Pool is 30 seconds away. Their breakfast is so typed. We stayed 4 nights. Same breakfast every day. We did not like it so much. Pool is not properly maintained & not monitored . No changing room near pool. Bedroom is so big. Wifi is so...
