Booked 2 rooms and stayed for 5 nights. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Staff had limited English skills.  Pre booked room with beach view. Sun shined through the light curtain early morning. Air con were dripping water on floor in room. No hair-drier or hot water boiler in rooms. Hotel internet was slow and working only some times....

You can not always judge a book by it's cover, as you should not always judge a hotel by it's façade. Aloha Resort photos on line look stunning, as does the reception, garden and pool area on arrival. Sadly, this is where the façade ends. To say my deluxe ocean view room was "tired", "sad", "worn out", "exhausted", would not...

the place is almost perfect and the staff is very very kind and polite. Some parts of the structure can be improved like no hair dryer (but it's really necessary?!) and the safe (that really can be useful), the air conditioned is really noisy and does not work well (at 1 is not enough, 2 is too cold) but the...

Hotel accommodation is quite simple, furniture older, but rooms are clean. We stayed on the first floor with great view over the garden, pool and sea. Breakfast was all right, but the restaurant on the beach is bad, staff didnt understand English, only the rice with vegetables served in pineapple was good.

Positives - The location is excellent right on Lamai beach and the gardens are immaculate. The pool is nice when it was cleaned and the sun beds overlook the ocean. The lady on the tourist desk is very friendly and helpful. The delux rooms are very clean and maintained snd the breakfast served is good. Negatives - The pool turned...

Two couples, two nights, in the cheapest rooms, we got what we paid for, shabby dark rooms, no view, breakfast ok, bed felt like it was made of concrete, freindly staff, not much more to say, would be a whole lot better with new furniture and a few coats of paint.

All in all Aloha Resort is a fairly good place however it does not do itself justice. It is a great property and a stunning location right on the beach at the far end of Lamai beach. It is in walking distance to lots of bars and restaurants. Whilst the check in process was smooth the staff are not fantastic....

So firstly the positives....... The beach was quiet and relaxed Staff of which there are many cannot do enough for you, making you feel special at all times. Lovely pool and ample loungers and when i broke one, it was taken away and fixed by the next day. Lady on reception for the tours was simply fantastic and went well...

I still could feel how amazing this place was when it opened up... On peut toujours sentir a quel point cet endroit etait fabuleux a son ouverture... The lobby shows that, with its beautiful wooden kraft pieces, the fresh flower bouquets... The beautifull garden... La magnifique reception avec ses boiseries, ses fleurs fraiches..le magnifique jardin... A refresh will be needed soon......
